Cookie is getting so confident,

This is her mid playing or should I say biting 😹😹

Due to family circumstances this week I haven’t been able to get her to the vets but she’ll be going next week hopefully to start vacs and then start looking for her furever home 🤞🏻😻

We’ve still got enough dry food as she hardly eats the dry,
But she will only eat Applaws wet 🙈 if anyone if able to donate any, and litter she’s using wood 😻

🐾 Everyone meet Cookie 🙈😻

I got a call in the week for this little one and couldn’t find space with any other rescues so decided I would help.

She was covered in fleas and got worms but all in hand and she seems healthy 😻

BUT she is a little princess and will only eat Applaws wet food 🙀 we’ve just used the last that we had so I’ve added some to our wish list if anyone is able to help we’d be most greatful!

Or we can collect from pets at home if anyone dose a click and collect 🤞🏻

🐾 Hey guys,

Sorry I didn’t do any updates as promised sadly we lost my Grandad after a long strong fight.

So we’ve been having some time as a family to get ourselves back on track as best as we can.

I will do posts about our long terms in a few weeks or so but just need some time while we arrange the funeral and take some time to get our heads around this sad time ect.

For now I thought I’d do a little updates saying who we have as long terms but not going into full details about each of them.

Dolly

Although we’re not taking anymore babies on we do still have bills to pay for these guys and they add up each month so if anyone is able to help towards there day to day costs we’d be very grateful as we have to do the following for them, flea and worm food litter meds and vet bills for these guys.

Hey guys,

I hope you're all doing ok.

So a year ago we announced that Kato's would be closing..
Little did I no it would take a year for this to happen.

We couldn't say no and carried on to help where we could.

But now the time has come to say the doors are finally closed to taking on anymore.

This really hasn't been and easy decision but is best for myself and my family at the moment.

October 2019 I opened Kato's and we have helped over 1500 cats 😵 just from my back garden and have a few fosterers.

We've had the most amazing highs and made some incredible memories and friends.

I can't thank everyone enough for there support over this time as we couldn't have done this without each and everyone of you!

We still currently have several long term cats who can't be re homed for one reason or another so will be doin the odd raffle ect to help us pay there monthly bills, in time I will do a post in more details about each long term baby.

I will still put random posts ect up to so I'm not fully disappearing.

But for now I need to focus on some family matters but I'll be back with long term updates soon!

12 weeks old but seems like forever ago!!

They’ve been such a pleasure to bring up but now ready to start the rest of there furever futures 😻

Jingle and Plum are still looking for there furever home together though! 🐾

Mandatory for pet over 20 weeks old is being introduced in on 10 June 2024 - or owners could be fined up to £500.

We’re a nation of cat lovers, with over nine million pet cats in England alone. However, as many as 2.3 million are unchipped, meaning that it would be very difficult to reunite them with their owner if they were lost or stolen.

By microchipping cats, owners can increase the likelihood that they will be reunited with their beloved pet in the event that they go missing.

A Government spokesperson said: “The new rules mean cats must be implanted with a microchip before they reach the age of 20 weeks and their contact details stored and kept up to date in a pet microchipping database.

“All owners must have their cat microchipped by 10 June 2024 and owners found not to have microchipped their cat will have 21 days to have one implanted, or may face a fine of up to £500.“

They’ve all had their health checks and first vacs 😻

So will be looking for homes in pairs in the coming weeks once mummy
has had her snap test 😻

Seems like so long ago but also growing and changing daily mummy is such a sweet lovely girl 😻🐾
