If your rabbit licks you, thank them by petting them. This means you’re participating in the mutual grooming behavior that your rabbit understands.

In bonded rabbits, you may notice that one rabbit does significantly more grooming than the other in a bonded pair. This is because rabbits have a hierarchy in their relationships.

Rabbits also lick pillows, blanket and stuffed animals.
