When we are out with your dogs there is a time for training (yes we can help with that too…) and there is a time for having fun! Different dogs, different goals is a phrase you will hear us use a lot at Duke’s Pet Care. Simple engagement like this makes a massive difference to the dog’s behaviour for the rest of the walk. They are using their brains to work out what we want them to do, following commands plus realising when they do as we ask something good happens. This isn’t formal obedience so it doesn’t matter if it’s a bit messy and the dog’s form isn’t perfect but it is FUN.
