Swallowfield Dog Walks

At last the hay is being made in our Hayfield and Meadow walk fields so a polite notice to all walkers to keep around the edges. There may be the baler out there once a day until Wednesday, but we are happy to keep the bookings open as the fields are huge for you to walk around. There is a map to download so please stick close to the hedges 👍 If you haven’t booked a long walk with us, you have 1.5 hours of privacy including the secure recall field too so you have the best of both walks. Why not check out our meadow walks here as well as our secure recall field ? Our fields here are private fields well off the road and totally peaceful. The fields are dry and a fantastic chance to let your dogs off the lead and have a good run! We have slots every evening now in the week and at weekends until 5pm, so get booked in for a cooler evening walk! Now Autumn is here why not book our Hayfield and Meadow walk fields as the colours of all the different trees are stunning! Here’s a quick peak of the canal fields behind the hayfield with Noodle taken this morning. There are three canal fields to walk around and you loop back around the edges of the hayfield and back through to the secure recall field to your car. There are lots of sights and sounds with plenty of lovely smells and all the fields are surrounded by thick hedgerows. Our fields are perfect way to let your dogs have a fantastic run. There is a map to download too so please stick close to the hedges as we like to protect the fields 👍 If you haven’t booked a long walk with us, you have 1.5 hours of privacy including the secure recall field too so you have the best of both walks. Please use only the splash pools and drinking water station too in the recall field too please 👍 We have a dog waste bin by the entrance and please do not put coffee cups or your own rubbish in there as we pay for a designated pet waste service and we have to fish out your rubbish 🙃 We have two long Hayfield Afternoon walks slots every afternoon 1-2.30pm and 2.30-4pm - plenty of time for a lovely walk. The hayfield and canal field long walks are perfect and lovely and cool. Noodle and her bestie Milo had a fabulous time last night and best the heat! This is only one of the three canal fields and there are 4 huge fields in total to explore! We have slots for the long walks in the afternoons and evenings so do book on and enjoy the later evenings ! New regulars to our secure field who really need to let off some energy! These beautiful trio of Pointers include a 6 month pup who is learning how to recall! They really let off steam in here and can stretch their legs ! Linda their owner is hoping they can enjoy the long hayfield and canal walks soon and cannot recommend this field more for training. It’s big enough for them to practice zoomies whilst Linda can enjoy a quiet stroll. We have lots of different obstacles to keep your dog entertained and engaged whilst burning off some energy with us 🐾💫 We have 2.7 acre of private paddock separated off from the roads, general public and everything else. Perfect for reactive dogs.🐶 8 foot secure fencing to keep even the smallest of dogs safe so no need to worry! Fields regularly checked and bins emptied. The long hay walks are 1 1/2 hours of you time with your dog. We’re so lucky that even when the weather is a little wetter, our fields are well drained and don’t get boggy!! Our long hay field walk is available five days a week and we love seeing the the photos and videos from dogs loving life 🤩🔅 Here are regulars Ollie and Flo snuffling around the old oak tree - there are lots of sniffs and scents for your dogs to have a fantastic time! As of 1st March, our Hay Field Long Walk will be available Wednesday to Sunday. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 1:30 until 6:30. Saturday and Sunday - 1:30 until 4:45.
