We've had a great year, thanks to our staff, customers, suppliers and those who are friends of Arden Wood Shavings!

In 2024, we have:
~Produced over 1,400,000 bales in total 🏭
~Travelled over 1,500,0000 kilometres around the UK, making deliveries and collecting materials 🚛
~On-boarded a record number of new staff due to higher business demands 📈
~Found that Safemix is our most sought after product 🐔
~Achieved a 92% customer satisfaction rating - our highest rating in recent years 👏 💚
~ Re-branded our alternative cattle paperbedding, AgriSoft🐄
~Attended over 20 poultry, equestrian and cattle events and have networked and built on relationships with new and existing industry professionals 🤝

Arden is delighted to be debuting at at the NEC Birmingham on 1st and 2nd March 2025, where we will be promoting our Safemix Equestrian bedding.

Safemix Equestrian is the horse bedding of choice for many professional and recreational riders throughout the UK.

A blend of specially selected wood shavings and soft shredded woodfibre, Safemix ultra-clean and extremely absorbent which means bedding stays drier for longer. A little goes a long way, making Safemix an economical choice.

Our Christmas diary is now open!!🎄🎅🏼

We are now taking bookings over December/January and are delivering as normal with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Suppliers in the agricultural sector should be champions of biosecurity, safeguarding our food supply from invisible threats.

How does Arden Wood Shavings adhere to biosecurity protocols?

~ Proper handling and storage of shavings from production right through to delivery.
~ Regularly maintain, wash and sanitise our vehicles.
~ Drivers are equipped with their own sanitising products and PPE.
~ Keeping staff training up to date.
~ Keeping to specific delivery zones when making deliveries on site.
~ Preventing cross-contamination on site by following individual customer requirements.
~ Only uses delivery vehicles that are specifically designed to blow bulk shavings straight into customer sheds so they never touch the floor
