Fireworks killed our mum, Josephine Smith. Her home was attacked using fireworks. We believe the use of fireworks after sale to the public cannot be policed. We think all displays should be licensed and sales limited to licence holders only.

So many sniffs to get to! Brightening the walk up with canal smells…we even visited the Sheep who were the other side of the gate and did some exposure training….looking, not reacting…rewarding for calm behaviour 👍

There are plenty of little things you can do to keep your dog calm throughout fireworks season.

From personal experience this did help my dog a little. Crazy as it is but this music does soothe them.

Walking my dog for at least 2 hrs also wore her out and made her less reactive…and she was extremely reactive…sadly from one careless selfish neighbour who let one massive rocket off in their garden when my dog was out having a p*e, sadly noises tormented her for the rest of her life. 😢
