Some important reminders before we dive into cover star!
● Our limit imposed by planning conditions is 6 dogs and 2 cars per booking, please do not exceed this.
● Please do not climb on or over the fences, you will break them and this could be disastrous if the dog after you is inclined to try escape.
● Please treat the field and neighbours with respect, please refrain from parking on or over driveways and try arrive as close to your timeslot as possible.
● If you have not visited before please read the FAQs at the top of the page.

🐣 Easter at Banjo's! 🐣 We have popped a box of Easter goodies in a big padlocked box in the parking area, this is human chocolate, some activity packs and toys for dogs. There are 4 cardboard eggs hidden around the field with the code for the box on (in order from top to bottom on the egg!) Please feel free to take part in hunting for the cardboard eggs and helping yourself to a treat from the box once you've completed it ❤️ please do not leave rubbish or leave the box unlocked as chocolate is very dangerous for dogs, I'd like to stress again the chocolate in the box is for humans only, there are no edible treats for dogs in there ❤️ if this is a problem for anyone attending your booking please let me know and I'll remove the box for your booking ❤️

Polite reminder to please not leave treats, food, litter (or p**p) in the field as some dogs have life threatening allergies and some (Banjo I'm looking at you 👀) will eat anything and everything 🐶

⚠️It's a poo post! ⚠️for the benefit of possibly new customers who aren't acquainted with our bins- please don't put poo bags in the bins, even if they say biodegradable they will not break down fast enough in our bins 🐶
Please also do not put general rubbish eg cans in them either, they definitely won't break down and having to go poo fishing is just about as grim as it gets 🙃 we don't want to have to install cameras/keep logs of whose leaving/bagging their 'logs' or putting mcdonalds in the compost bins because one of the things we love about the field is how private it is, if its going to stay that way we need to respect it. Thank you, as always, to the majority that try their best to keep our space a pleasant area for everyone to enjoy 💕

We've popped some 'poo spotter cones' down the field for those ninja p**ps, you can now put a cone down near the p**p so you don't lose it while you grab a scoop 🙂
We've been working on the parking area again, hopefully this will help combat the very soggy mud! If you'd prefer to park on the hardstanding immediately inside the gate and walk up the yellow straw road to the gate until the ground dries up a bit you are welcome to also. We've put some orange fencing and bits of wood along the edge of the concrete parking area further in so you can see the edge and not get stuck in the mud 😊 have a lovely weekend 💕
Trying to time this between mealtimes but if youre eating scroll by (just make sure you come back!) 2/3 poo bins have now been updated, the 3rd will be but is a bit trickier with it being square. We understand occasionally a poo will be missed, our own Banj is like a ninja with doing camouflage ones but please try pick up your dogs p**p and don't leave it for the next person, we've picked up more than is acceptable this week and it ruins the field for others. I'm not usually one to moan but the second photo should show quite how ridiculous this week has been. Thank you as always to the majority who take care of the field ❤️

🎄 He's been! And he even brought the snow with him 😂 I genuinely can't believe this is our second Christmas at Banjo's Backyard, thank you all so much for your support as always ❤️ as a bit of a Christmas thanks we've popped a box of goodies in the shelter. The wrapped presents are for your small humans and the unwrapped ones are for dogs 🎅🐶 I hope you all have a wonderful festive season however you celebrate ❤️ I've also popped some acrylic pens in the box, these aren't gifts but there for you to add to the Banjo's guestbook pawprints as the last pen has weathered off 🐾
It's completely expected that there will be some churning up of the field when its this wet (especially when you're trying to keep up with a lurcher!) But please for the sake of everyones ankles don't allow your dogs to dig holes in the field 🐶
