Snippet from a fabulous training session with Caron Roberts. Considering this was the first ever time I had sat on the beautiful Tana, that she has been out of the arena for some time and on the slightly older side of life , I don't think we did a bad job 😁 A super fun mare to be partnered with, massive thankyou to Sara and Mandy for trusting me with her😍❤️
When this is your evening work setting, just gorgeous 😍 Plonk me under a pretty sky and landscape, cover me in mud and 💩 , surround me with the clip clip of hooves and I’ll keep quiet for hours😜😁🤍
Having a little stroll around the yard with just a bareback pad and halter, Hilal making it very clear those royal Arabian toes of his were not going to be dipping in the mucky puddle😂💫 Big pats for this boy yesterday 😁🦄🤍
Nothing beats turning up to work on an early Sunday morning to brand-spanking-new brooms and a beautiful pair of pink (favourite colour everrr) gloves😁😆
I really do get far too excited over these things 🤪 if you know you know 😉 🤣
Thankyou to Kate Pearson for always creating a lovely work environment 🥰💫
It’s that time again !! ⛈💧☔️
Fancy a cosy evening in? A night off from wet and muddy yard chores ? 🔥☕️🍿
I offer all yard duties come rain ⛈ or shine ☀️
All you have to do is pop me a message ! ✉️
The path to his ‘success’ was once all about the fast pace, now slow and steady will win this race😉 (i’m far too proud about that rhyming🤣)
With each session this handsome chap grows stronger and his trust deepens. We are still addressing a few locomotive issues but he is doing so well at this new lease of life☺️🤍💫
Sharing moments alongside these gorgeous animals, very grateful for these times🌈💫🤍
Not a bad view for a spot of poo picking to finish the day yesterday😍 I’ll never get bored of this🥰
Always feel welcomed to message me about the services I can offer you and your horses 💫🤍
Another proud moment with this gorgeous lady the other day🥰 We had a very relaxing hack, she was able to take in her surroundings without setting her head and neck the whole way and I was able to ride on the buckle even after turning for home! This is a huge deal for her, it’s all about the small things 💫🤍
It’s always a pleasure to see this handsome boy😍 he has such a peaceful soul you can feel it in the second you see him💫🤍
Hey 👋 There’s some new followers here so I wanted to re introduce myself and speak a little about the services I provide. My name is Rebekah and I am currently based in Somerset, Wiltshire and Warminster (always open to expanding to new areas). My whole 23 years of life have been spent with the joy of many horse partnerships along with working at a variety of yards. I currently provide myself as a tool for you and your equines by offering my riding and groundwork services. I offer liberty and groundwork sessions, schooling and hacking, up to Novice riding and groundwork lessons and freelance yard work. You can check out my page for reviews, pictures and videos of this😉 Through this time, I have been collecting my own personal research about welfare and training methods by recording, researching and testing my findings, which I continue to do. I have come to a personal understanding through my own experiences with my horse partners, that through awareness, and emotional responsibility of yourself whilst holding a grounded, present approach, has profound effects. Ofcourse there are many other variables that come into play, like environment and amount or lack of herd engagement, but I’ll save those thoughts for another day. I don’t enjoy using the term natural horsemanship as this puts many people off and I believe the word ‘natural’ is taken away when we decide to place ourselves in their lives in the way that we do. Here’s a little about my approach. Horses are an entirely different species to us who communicate in a whole different language. We have to be logical, now to me logical, here, is learning the language of the horse to be able to share an understanding of one another. And I also believe that this is a lifetime of learning. How can you approach someone who speaks an entirely different language to you and expect them to understand you in your language without any attempt to communicate on their level? How can you view something as your p

Working with this beauty of a dance partner earlier in the week💫 Here you will see us communicating through the power of presence, shaping energy through body placement, hand position and intention, FEELING and being AWARE of each others body language. No treats have been used in any of our sessions to achieve this. She is really starting to become more comfortable with close range work and becomes more trusting in me with each visit. Here, we are working on feeling safe around the mounting block and the mounting process. This work is so powerful and really does show you the level of RESPECT and true UNDERSTANDING of one another. Does your horse feel safe enough to be in your space among other stimulations and temptations? Are you able to communicate with merely the beginning of a thought and hold yourself in a non reactive state? Are you able to demonstrate enough RESPECT and PATIENCE to allow your horse to explore their surroundings and bodies? Are you WILLING to let go of all expectations and assumed knowledge? These are just a small few of the elements involved in my work💫
