Due to working at full capacity I have decided for both my physical and mental health to close my books to new customers at this time, I will continue to review this and will update as necessary.
I will always try to fit in returning customers but due to being so busy I may not always be able to offer a suitable appointment.
Please ensure if you need to cancel or move any appointments I will need at least 24 hours notice, any appointments cancelled or missed with less than 24 hrs notice will incur a fee of 50% of the appointment charge, and an alternative appointment may not always be available.

No photos this week as I’ve had a couple of days holiday.

Just a reminder that with the spring weather on its way I’m getting very busy, I’m also running at nearly full capacity. I will always do what I can to change appointments for my customers but being so busy it might not always be possible to offer an alternative appointment if you need to cancel.
Please remember if you do need to move or cancel an appointment I require at least 24 hours notice (more would be really helpful, especially at the weekend) otherwise there is a 50% of appointment fee charge. 🐾🐾

Just to let you know.
There will be a price increase this year, I try to keep this to a minimum as I know times are hard at the moment, and I make sure my prices are competitive, but my running costs have obviously increased due to energy bills etc so it’s not something I can avoid doing.
I will also be increasing the missed/late cancellation (24 hours notice) fee from 25% to 50% of the appointment cost, to help cover any losses.
It looks like I’m going to be very busy again this year, so please book in advance to secure appointments, and I’m more than happy to book dogs in 2-3 appointments ahead or the whole year if it’s easier to do that way.
