Now I’m not sure if it’s just me, perhaps I’m being a little over sensitive or overreactive. The summer holidays so far seem to be extra stressful and I’m not just talking about with the kids being around more.
Obviously I expect walking locations to be busier not got a problem with that, what I have got a problem with is rude and inconsiderate people who feel they’re above everyone else. I won’t go into the ins and outs & don’t get me wrong I absolutely love what I do and love all of our Adventurers dearly BUT every walk I’ve done so far this summer holidays has been completely stressful and unenjoyable leaving me questioning why I’m doing what I’m doing, please give us dog walkers a break!

Hi all.... Please share!

Me and my boyfriend are part of the amazing Drone SAR and we were out all day and late night last night with drones and with trackadog and Kelsey the owner.

We've seen some comments about people going out in large groups and with dogs etc...

🙏🏼 Please do not go out in large groups, we know how want to help 🥹

We think Keith is trying to find his way home and when he saw someone on his way home yesterday he was spooked and ran off, large groups would scare him and he can hear people/footsteps coming way before you would spot him, sound and noise are maximised for dogs.

Going out in large groups could scare him away, it's amazing so many people want to help but at the same time it could potentially make it worse,
There are two experienced teams on the island doing what they can and with drones too but just keep eyes and ears open and anything you see or hear on Facebook contact Kelsey or Sean on numbers on the posters on Facebook.

Keith will be in fight or flight mode now and it's crucial the public listen to advice given, we are working with people who have got multiple dogs back to their owners and we understand the public want to do all they can to help, if you hear of a sighting call the necessary numbers and rest assured the right people will heading to that location asap, preferably best not to post on social media of a sighting to avoid people going to that spot.

Please can the public not be calling Keith this should be no one else but owners as he would not respond to strangers calling and this could scare him off also.

Please be reassured that experienced people/ small teams and the owners are out day and night searching for him and his owners have hardly slept and we are supporting them.

Happy Sunday Adventurers! Last night we had the pleasure of a beautiful wedding reception! How nice it is to occasionally not be covered in mud or fur 🤣🤪 Today & tomorrow are looking super hot! Enjoy the sunshine but keep our precious fur babies safe, remember no dog has ever died from not missing a walk! ☺️💚🐶💙
