Star is a young girl who is now around 5 months old. She came into our care as an abandoned and frightened young kitten who really wasn't happy with herself, the world or anyone in it 😥😥
With a lot of time, patience and understanding from our wonderful cat volunteers here at the shelter, she is now beginning to become more accepting of human interaction and she is now realising that she actually may enjoy this feeling of being loved and cared for ❤️
We are looking for a home for Star who can give her the understanding that she needs to settle and accept love when she feels ready.
We are seeking an experienced, calm, pet and child free home who can help Star continue to flourish into the wonderful girl that we see developing.

This little sweetheart is Sonny, and he has come to stay with us for a wee while. He is from another rescue and is enjoying some time in a new environment to give him some respite and a change of scenery and people ☺️
As you can see, he is relishing his holiday. He is around 3 years old and has been waiting for a home to call his own for almost 2 years 😢.
He can be a little wary of new people but soon comes around If you don't put pressure on him. He is a really sweet boy who walks well on a lead, is unreactive to other dogs etc out and about and generally just needs to find his people to love.

We have a wonderful supporter who has offered to make up the remaining 500 for us to reach our target ... So we are now all free from incarceration and we can begin to plan our new indoor enrichment area for our doggos 🥰

Preparations are underway and the weather is still looking good.
We have pizzas and hotdogs, cakes and gift stalls. You can wander around with a glass of prosecco, mulled wine or a warming tea, coffee or indulge in a hot chocolate and enjoy the Christmas fares on offer 🥰
