Ive got 2 broody ducks taking it in turns to sit on 8 eggs, not had this before in 15 years of duck keeping, Ive always incubated, so I’m excited to see if they can hatch them 🐣🐣🐣

So Peanut continues to grow and develop his feathers, he learned how to show off and then he found his voice so has gone to live on my friends farm in 8 acres, we keep in touch and his new best friend is Elvis the Shetland Pony

So the avian influenza lockdown will be lifted on 18th April, however please stay vigilent and restrict free roaming to supervised short areas only, good luck

Mandatory housing measures will be lifted from 00:01 on Tuesday 18th April but scrupulous standards of biosecurity remain essential.
