‼️Customer Notice Please read‼️
To continue providing a high standard service, prices will be increased by £2-£5 per dog from the 1st January 2025 (Some of my newer clients may already be on the new price so this doesn’t apply to all). However feel free to message me to see the new price x

As usual prices depend on the size, coat condition, style desired and temperament of each dog. Prices are based on each dog being on a recommended schedule. Most schedules are between 6-8 weeks. If you go over the recommend time frame the cost for the groom will increase by £2 per week over schedule. Dogs that go over their schedule use more products and take longer to groom, so I can’t charge the same price as a more regular client.

There is still an additional charge for matting, fleas and lateness.
Matting fee: £5-£25+ depending on severity
Flea fee: from £20+ depending on severity
Lateness: from £5 if over 10 mins late. If you are more than 15 minutes late your groom may be cancelled and a cancellation fee will need to be paid.

Please note we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your groom with less than 48 hours notice cancellation fee will need to be paid. This will start from £20 depending on your dog’s groom price. If you do not turn up for your appointment without letting me know you will now be required to pay for 100% of the groom price. This will need to be paid before you can rebook.
