Been hectic since I got back from my holidays, remembering to take photos is a nightmare just a couple off the last few days and a customer photo off a very tired girl.

If I don’t get back to you about an appointment it’s genuinely because I’ve been so busy I try my best to get back to you as soon as possible but I’m the only admin and groomer in the salon.

I do now have two apprentices in the salon, please appreciate that grooms may take longer while I’m teaching them. Watch out for certain breeds needed every 4 weeks while they are being assessed too as they need to be marked on progress which means cheaper grooms or just baths between grooms 😊

Please book in advance as I can’t just squeeze in clients.

If your dog has fleas please flea treat 48 hours before your appointment, if live fleas are found your dog will be sent home without the groom complete and you will be charged in full for the groom plus £15 extra as I need to make sure no fleas are left behind in the salon or passed to any other dogs in my care.

Frank telling everyone that I stole his fur yesterday 🤣💙🐾

Salon is closed from 14th August - 28th August I’ll be arranging with a family member or friend to drop off dog food for anyone needing deliveries on the dates that I can’t deliver myself. A notice is also up in the salon so walk in customers are also aware. Thanks for understanding and to everyone who has switched dates to help me out I appreciate it more than ever 💙🐾 x

August holiday dates have changed from 8th August - 25th August to 14th August - 28th August I will be in touch with anyone who is booked in on these new dates and try and bring you forward or a week behind.

In regards to customers wanting dates soon I am trying to work out my diary to see when and how I can fit you guys in remember I’m alone and even though I have my daughter in bathing and drying she can’t style I don’t want to over book so your dog is affected and it’s also very warm in the salon 💙🐾 x

Polite reminder to clients this week I’m away on holiday 8th-13th July, I will not be replying back to any messages during this time. If you are needing an appointment I am fully booked through now until September, i will be arranging with some clients when im back to do an extra weekend day and evenings but i cannot promise appointments at the moment as please remember its coming up to the 6 weeks school holidays and I have a 6 year old who does get bored in the salon if i cannot get him looked after.

If you are due dog food delivered please make sure payments are made Monday 7th August and my husband will drop this off on your expected day.

Opening hours for dog food, treats & accessories only 9am until 11am Tuesday - Friday no nail clips or dog grooms will be carried out in this time.
