And sure why not. We've had a decade of Bill Gates and co telling us that an ultra processed vegan burger, produced via incredibly destructive monoculture farming practices that drain soils, using copious amounts of pesticides and nitrogen that anhilate biodiversity and ruin water tables, mulched up into a product that rats won't eat, chemically preserved and packed in plastic and flown halfway around the world using heaps of fuel to get to your supermarket is BETTER (be it nutritionally or from a "climate" perspective) than a burger made from one of the very best carbon-sequestering, soil building, biodiversity enhancing machines on the planet - a grass-fed cow.

What odds will you give me that the veterinary sector will get wholeheartedly behind this most recent nightmare too, just as they did vegan pellets for meat eaters.
