Polite notice

I have had environmental officers here today They have had a complaint that one of my clients has left the salon and let the dog foul on the grass opposite the salon. If your dog fouls outside, I have always got poo bags in the salon in case you haven’t got one. The officers also said they have been over and check the area and didn’t find anything so maybe it’s just a complaining neighbour but have to check it out

🐕Price increase 🐕

I have held off doing this as long as possible, but there will be a small price increase from the 1st of September £2 per dog. This is to cover equipment,products and energy bills which I’ve gone up significantly over the last months.

🐕Cancellation and no-show policy🐕

If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours there is a £15 cancellation fee if I cannot fill your appointment.
If you don’t show up for your appointment The full price of the groom will be charged which has to be paid before your booked back in.

If you pay by bank transfer can you please make sure you pay on the same day as your groom as it messes my booking app up please.

Good morning next Available appointments

My next available appointment is not until the 25th of July. I’m really busy at the minute after having a holiday and struggling with appointments. The best way to ensure you get an appointment is book at the time of your groom. I have a long waiting list for appointment at the moment.
I’m going to sit with my diary tonight and try and rearrange appointments time to get more dogs in for the next few weeks.

Polite reminder
I would just like to remind my clients of the cancellation and no-show fees.
If you cancel your appointment within the 24 hours there will be a £15 cancellation fee if I cannot fill your appointment. If you if you forget and don’t show up for your appointment it will be the full price of your groom.
I have a long, waiting list of people who need appointments which is not fair when people are not showing up.

Well today is the last day of 2022 I would like to thank you all my clients for letting me do a job I love.
Thank you for all my Christmas gift,tips and cards. They are muchly appreciated. I will be opening them on the 30th this year when my daughter returns from work and have our Christmas Day xx

⚠️ Price Increase Notice ⚠️

I have always tried to keep my prices as low as possible however as of the 5 th of January there will be a slight price increase £2 per breed

This increase is not profit based but to cover the rising costs of
Electric
Shampoos and products
Equipment & tools renewal and maintenance
Salon maintenance & sanitation products

Since Covid hit everything has increased, I have held off this increase as long as I could as I am aware of the struggles people are having.
