🫧🐾✂️ Price Adjustment effective from January 2025 ✂️🐾🫧

Due to the continued increase in electricity, supplies, insurances and an increase in the national minimum wage in 2025, we have adjusted some of the pricing.
This is necissary to continue running the business effectively.

In most cases, this has been only £2-£3 for small/medium breeds and max £5 for large/extra large breeds, some prices have also not changed... however this price increase will be based on the time your groom takes rather than your dogs breed so this will mean the increase will be larger for clients that do not rebook within the recommended time scale which will mean we need to book out extra time to carry out the groom (these intervals have always been outlined on our price lists - please see price list attached).

This is a basic guide to prices for regular appointments but other factors including groom intervals, matting, behavior issues etc there may be an additional charge.

⚠️ Missed Appointments ⚠️
Anyone who 'no calls/no shows' or cancels with less than 24hrs notice will be charged in full before a new appointment will be made/confirmed.
We lost over £300 in last minute cancellations and no shows in the 3 weeks of December alone.

⚠️ EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY⚠️

WE WILL NO LONGER BE ACCEPTING BANK TRANSFER/PAYPAL AS METHODS OF PAYMENT.

We have changed business bank accounts and it is now becoming an admin problem.
People are also taking days, sometimes over a week to transfer even though we have asked numerous times to pay prior to collection, some consistently sending over the wrong amounts which don't match our accounts system and some we even have to remind to actually pay.
We have had a card machine since 2021 and there are 3 cash points in the same street including the Post Office.

WE WILL NOW ONLY BE ACCEPTING CARD OR CASH PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT
(on either drop off or collection).

Clients will also be notified via message.

Hope everyone has had a magical day today ✨️

We just want to say a heartfelt THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for the amazing gifts, tips and cards we got this year 🎁
We are so truly grateful and appreciate each and every one of you so much ♥️

We are closed now till 6th January to have a rest & refuel and spend time with family and our dogs 🐾

See you all soon... over the weekend I will send out any additional appointments that were asked to be made and if anyone would like an appointment, please message or text and we will get this booked in 📒🖊
