I thought I'd share this little guy. I've been asked to do some dog head sculptures - this being the first, sculpted digitally the colour was just done as a quick reference.

I managed to glaze my dragon sculpt and love the effect the glaze produced.

I tried a glaze on this piece but did not like it, so I've just painted over it with acrylics and an old chip brush!

We are making January - make a gargoyle month, so this was my first gargoyle idea. Still needs cleaning up but I quite like him. Lets see what you can come up with!

I did a quick test with some acrylic bisque stains on this guy and they look quite good. So if anyone wants to paint their sculpture instead of glazing I have a few colours in to try.
