4, Do we ship internationally ?
Yes, available on eBay or on the website, just select the correct postage option
5, Does the calming cradle work for EVERY dog ?
No, not every dog on the planet will tolerate the cradle but to date the cradle has helped hundreds if not thousands of dog escape a sedation at the vets for a mere nail clip or face trim. I personally have been using my cradles for 3 years now and only ever had 1 dog that was beyond help.

6, Is the dogs neck supported?
Yes the dogs neck and body are fully supported with their weight distributed evenly in the cradle. The material is soft and slightly stretchy to mould perfectly to each dogs body, the neck support depends upon the length of the dog.
Teacup 35cm in length
Medium 55cm in length
Large 100cm in length
7, What if the dog wriggles ?
Some dogs may take a minute to settle, be patient and reassure the dog, if dog doesn't settle lower your H bar so dogs paws are just touching table, not all dogs like to be off the table but be ok with paws on table, this still give you excess to areas you need to work on.
If dog tries to climb out of cradle place a strong crocodile clip or bulldog paper clip on the material at the back of the neck then they can't escape. A demonstration video of this is available to view on the page.
8, What is the weight restrictions?
For health and safety regulations I have to put a weight restriction on cradles. Therefor we advise a weight of up to,
Teacup 20lbs
Medium 30lbs
Large 40lbs, we don't advise suspending any dogs bigger than this, just use cradle to support dog with its feet on the table.
Anyone putting a heavier dog in will do so at their own risk. The weight is mostly taken by the H bar so it needs to be in excellent condition with no wear to the welds and must be done up tight when using a cradle on it.
