⚠️NEW PRODUCT ALERT⚠️

We have just received the brand new Fluval Betta tank!
Complete with built in filter, heater and LED light it’s ready to make a lovely home for a Betta!

The tank also includes their new easy water change system!
We are now carrying the tanks and spare filters in the shop so pop on down! 🐠

You may have noticed a new tank set up on the shop floor home to these Crystal Shrimp!
Shrimp are a great way to add colour to your aquarium as well as helping keep the aquarium clean from algae!
Make sure to ask a member of staff if they are suitable for your tank!

You may have noticed some new inhabitants to one of our tanks

A fresh water moray eel (Gymnothrax polyuranodon)
Golden Dwarf Snakehead (Channa Limbata)

Both enjoying their breakfast of bloodworms!

Panther Crabs

A crab species we don’t get in to often! These add a lot of interest to an aquarium but can be aggressive so pick your tank mates wisely!

They are a fully aquatic tropical species that will feed on pellets, frozen food and vegetation!

Not suitable for a planted aquarium due to their diet containing plant matter so they will munch the plants!

Growing 3-5” they require a larger aquarium if keeping more than one as they can be very territorial!

We are looking for someone to work on Fridays and Saturdays as well as occasional holiday cover!

The successful candidate must have;
- An interest in all species of animals including fish and previous experience working with them is beneficial
- Must have experience working in retail, training will be provided but previous experience is needed
- be able to work well as part of a team as well as working independently
- must be flexible on working hours - we need someone to work on Fridays and Saturday but holiday cover may also be required from time to time

CUSTOMER NOTICE!!

Co2 REFILLS- From 1st Feb our supplier will no longer accept Co2 bottles older than 10 years to be refilled. This is in line with the latest safety regulations and also protects customers and members of staff.

Your canister will show a manufacturing date which will be printed on the canister.

New Co2 bottles are available to be purchased once they reach this age👍🏻
