I’m still alive! And business has been as usual as most of you know , Those of you with young kids know this time of year is hectic and with Ellis finishing primary their schedule is even worse! On top of some work in the house and TRYING to get back into a gym routine the evenings seem to vanish before I’ve posted anything I’ll try and get back on it! *hangs head in shame* 🫣

A lovely start to the week… if your gonna be a dog walker do it in an area you get to see donkeys, Alpacas, goats, baby foxes, and horses all Before 10am 🥰
