🌧️ Muddy Season Has Arrived! 🐾

It’s that time of year again — puddles, paw prints, and plenty of "why did I wear these shoes?" moments! 😅

While we might be dodging the splashes, some of our furry friends — like Orlando here — are absolutely living their best lives in this muddy weather. There’s nothing quite like a good roll in a puddle to make a dog’s day! 🐶💦

We like to joke that this is every dog walker’s favourite season… because who doesn’t love coming home decorated in mud? 😉

As always, we’d really appreciate it if you could leave a towel out for us — that way we can give your pup a quick rub down before they settle back in at home. 🧼🐕

It’s been a little while since our last post - we’ve been busy behind the scenes keeping tails wagging and paws moving… but it’s time for a little update!

📣 In case you missed it — we were quietly (ok not-so-quietly 😉) awarded Dog Walking Company of the Year – Hampshire by the South England Prestige Awards for 2025/26!
It’s an honour that means so much, especially as this business started with just me, a lead and a dream nearly 8 years ago.

These days, we’ve grown into a small, mighty team offering trainer-led, relationship-focused walks across Southampton and yes, we do still have some weekday spaces available!

To say I’m proud is an understatement. This little business of mine started nearly 8 years ago as Dog Walker Southampton and since then, we’ve grown into something really special.
We’ve added services, built a brilliant team, helped hundreds of local dogs, and even launched multiple new businesses under the Paw Trails name… and now, we’ve added another award to the shelf. 🧡

Throwback to one of little Stan’s first ever walks with us! 🐾 He started off with me, Nathan, when he was just a pup and now he’s grown into a small group walk superstar with Teri. Although, he secretly wishes he could have Winston the Bernese all to himself!! LOL.

His lovely family have been with us across two dogs now and their support over the years means the world.

🧡 Trails Tuesday!

If you’re anything like me, you can name every trail by smell, not street name… 🐾🌳

This morning’s walk was a reminder that our dogs don’t care about the wet grass, they just care about who they’re with.

Sniffs, sprints and a whole lotta tail wags.
Our group walks aren’t just exercise - they’re an outlet, a community and a happy place.

We’ve been doing this for over 7 years now.

And while the world of dog walking has changed a lot in that time, the one thing that hasn’t? How much we care.

🧡 Gently support the anxious ones

🧡 Send little updates that (hopefully) brighten your day
