I can't confirm these 2 are locked but their tails are in the right place and normal behaviour would mean that they would be in their hides and out if sight by now.

Frank had a bad shed this time so in the bath he went. Not sure he was that keen on it.

Very pleased, Frank went straight back on food tonight after his excursion with Grace. He's earned the right to go back to her in a few days time.

She's become extremely ravenous since Frank was taken out, I can only assume that's a very good sign.

We've had some tail wagging from Grace, and they seem to be getting along just fine. Found them curled up together after the first night but separate this morning. Frank's back keeping an eye her her this evening though.

Frank's finally gone in to meet Grace in person. All seems quite calm at the moment. Hopefully they'll get on quite well. Cannot wait for the results of this pairing. Pastel pied x GHi dh MJ axanthic. These babies will be a huge step towards my goals.

It's amazing what a slight change to the norm can do. This girl has been on a 3 month hunger strike and by placing the tea towel over one end to give a little more privacy she smashed her food just like she always used to.

When feeding it appears to be a good idea to keep a note of the colour of the rat. I have noticed that everytime I try and feed a dark coloured rat to Grace she refuses and if I offer a light coloured rat she absolutely demolishes it. Interested to know if anyone else has the same experience?
