Our Story!
Woolston Pet shop was formed when likeminded individuals with the drive to succeed and a shared love for all animals decided to try and put the local pet shop in Southampton back in the heart of the community! From spending many years together on a professional level and working alongside day to day it was apparent we all shared a similar work ethic with customer satisfaction right in the forefront of our minds and never forgetting that all important attention to detail and personal touch. In October 2018 we decided to take that leap of faith and trust in ourselves and each other to make our dreams become a reality From our very first “Business Meeting “stood in the kitchen brainstorming ideas to where we are now with you reading our “About Us” section on our website the goals and values at Woolston Pet shop remain the same. Our ever-evolving brand that puts the customer first is intrinsic to our success. We decided on the daunting process of opening our own pet shop supplying pet essentials, accessories and catering for the ever-growing demand for all-natural organic products. The main aim is to compete with the well-known high street chains and bring a better alternative and that personal touch back to catering for all your pet needs. Here at Woolston pet shop we feel the emphasis should be on the customer and not what fits with a static business model which doesn’t seem to be the driving factors behind our competitors were more than just a pet store. We have a wide range of pet feeds, supplements and accessories to cover all your pet needs as well as give that personal touch and share experiences bringing the community feel back to the local area.
