We have made some exciting changes during the lockdown and would like to introduce our new concept of Bespoke Dog Care.
This new system we are introducing is designed to replicate your dog’s routine at home whilst staying with us. Your dog has probably got used to getting loads more attention from you during lockdown and would love for this to continue!
Our new routine has been specifically designed to reduce stress and make for a happier and more enriched stay.
This includes:
- Two daily supervised walks off lead (on lead if requested by owner) in our enclosed field with a carefully hand selected group of dogs, or by themselves if they prefer. (20mins per walk)

- Two 1-hour long supervised play sessions with a carefully hand selected group of dogs in our enclosed yard area, with jumps, tunnels, etc.
- Enrichment toys such as kongs, puzzle boards, lick mats or scent work to find the treats provided in their own kennel.
- Play time with a ball or a rope toy or any other toys the owners wish to provide in their own kennel.
- Daily grooming such as brushing, ear cleaning, etc.
- Continuing with training that is implemented in their home such as sit, paw, lie-down, etc.
- And of course lots of cuddle time!
- Daily feed times will be between 8.30am and 9.30am after their morning walks, and between 4pm and 5pm. This can be altered to different times upon owners request to keep them at the same routine as they have at home.
- Owners are more than welcome to bring home comforts for their dogs such as toys (up to 3) and their own blankets or beds. We do have a size restriction on beds as they need to be able to fit in our washing machine so we can keep them as hygienic as possible.

- All kennels consist of a cosy bedroom with its own heating which is adjustable to keep it the right temperature for different breeds. These bedrooms are completely enclosed so your dog can enjoy a nice peaceful nap without being disturbed by other dogs. Each kennel has an outside area attached which is completely covered so they can enjoy fresh air without worrying about the weather conditions. These outside areas have a view through into neighbouring dogs’ exercise areas, so they can see their friends whilst having some time to relax.

PRICES
(Note: Existing bookings made before 11th May 2020 will be charged at the old rate)
For our all-inclusive package, which includes all the benefits listed above, we charge £21/day for 1 dog, £38 for a pair, and £14 per dog for 3 or more dogs in a family group.
Loyalty Scheme
Under our new Loyalty Scheme, once you have booked a total of 14 days with us we give you the 15th day for free. The 14 days do not have to be in one block but can be spread over time.
OPENING HOURS
We now have extended opening hours for day care from 8am-6pm. We have made changes to the opening hours for overnight boarders so that we can operate on a ‘hotel system’ where rooms must be vacated in the morning so that they can be prepared for new guests to arrive in the afternoon.
Day dogs open for drop-offs 8am-9am £2 charge for out of hours
Overnight boarders to be collected between 9am-1pm
Overnight boarders arrivals 11am-4.30pm
Day dogs collect up until 6pm £2 out of hours charge
Overnight boarders £5 out of hours charge
BANK HOLIDAY WEEKENDS
Bank holiday charges are 150% of normal day rate for the whole or part of bank holiday weekends and from 25th Dec to 1st Jan inclusive.
DEPOSITS AND MINIMUM STAY FOR OVERNIGHT BOARDERS
We now have a 2 night minimum stay.
50% deposit is payable at time of booking. At least 14 days notice is required for cancellations. Later cancellations can be rolled over to future bookings during the Covid-19 outbreak.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
We will contact you the day before your dog’s arrival to complete the paperwork. A signature will be required on the day which will involve appropriate distancing and hygiene measures. We will supply hand sanitiser for customers’ use. Payment will be by BACS or contactless card. Staff will collect and return your dog to and from the car.
GROOMING

A discount will be offered on a professional groom by Country Canine Groomers, for Copied Hall Kennel customers’ dogs. 25% discount for 7-13 days, 50% discount for 14-20 days, and 75% discount for 21 days or more. These discounts are for bath/brush or full groom. Spa treatments are not discounted. A discount of £30 is also available for teeth cleaning if paying for an intensive 10-session course, reducing the cost from £130 to £100.
