I just wanted to touch base with everyone! I have sent an email to all on our booking in system.

We will be increasing our prices from July 1st 2025.

All prices for dogs who are not on a fixed 2,4 or 6 week schedule will be subject to a £5 increase. 2 dogs will only increase by £5 for the pair. We have tried really hard to keep our prices reasonable, however with prices of everything else increasing, we are really struggling to get everything paid each month.

We also will start charging for repeat offenders of those who book and cancel, and book and cancel. We lost £200 just last week on cancelled appointments, which is really frustrating when we are super busy and struggling to fit dogs in! We are super understanding and if you, your dogs or your kids are unwell, that’s absolutely fine - we know stuff happens! But if its all the time, then we will ask for the payment upfront, if you do not pay then I will book up the space, if you do pay and cannot come for a legitimate reason, I will transfer to another appointment.

We may charge extra if your dog has a serious case of fleas, due to the time it takes to clean the salon after.

Nail trims & teeth cleans will remain the same.

**Below is a rough price guide, all prices are at the discretion of us, the groomers as not all dogs are the same, some are big, some small, some have hardly any coat, some are really thick!**

Struggling to keep up with my phone, had a busy & eventful week 🤪 - it’s hot, so everyone wants an appointment 🙈 lots of new customers too, which we are grateful for, but hate letting down regulars! ☀️

Dedicating the next hour to book people in - if you need an appointment, and don’t need to call, use the website, pretty much fully booked til June now!! If you require a weekend, then please message or text if there isn’t anything available, as space is limited online for these 🐾

As always - please book ahead if you can, particularly if you need a weekend ❤️

Just to let you all know, I will be off 5-6th July, 13th July and 26th July (hen party and 2 big family birthdays) so if you know your dog will need a haircut in July and you can only do weekends, please book in advance 🐾 only other important day is 21st May for hair/make up trial & of course the wedding! 19th - 22nd August, then I’m away from 1st - 29th September - I’m expecting to be busy 23rd-31st August, so again, please book in advance if you can 😁 xx

Appointments filling up fast 💨

No doubt my phone will be ringing off the hook this week so…

Book in ASAP to avoid disappointment, if you know your dog is due soon, book them in 😂 we operate mainly on a first come, first serve basis but your more than welcome to book in the rest of the year too! - I have lots of things booked for the wedding now, so can’t always be lenient or do last minute 🙈

We typically work 9.30am -2pm every day (except Thursdays) even the weekends! With odd exceptions on Mondays and Fridays where we can work a bit later (no dog training 🤣)

There are very few people who I trust to look after my hounds, mainly, because obviously Bailey was 1) a thief and 2) medically complicated & Willow was a blubbering mess of anxiousness 🙈 who wasn’t trusted with other dogs or could be left - though, she is a lot better now 🤣 )so she should feel honoured that I trust her with my ‘babies’ 🤣)

However, Katie always did a great job with them both - and I could always stress a lot less.

Now I just have Willow, it’s easier for mum or mikes parents to have her now 😂 but Katie is looking after all 7 of the crew for the wedding 🙈

Anyhow, after 9 years of working at Copied Hall Kennels, she’s decided to start up a dog walking venture! If you can’t tell, then I highly recommend her ☺️🐾

Happy new year 🥳

Thanks again for all your support, got lots of people to get back to on the 2nd - I honestly don’t know how 😂 I thought we had done all the dogs in December 😂

I’m gunna spend my day off (& the bad weather) to try and get the new booking in system, up together 🤪 once I have, I will need people to fill in all their info etc (but you should only have to do it once then!)

On another note, for those that don’t already know… I’m getting married!!

We will be closed 19-22/8 (no exceptions!!) and I will be on my honeymoon 1-28/9 (though, mum will still be working - bless her!)

If you normally get your dogs groomed by me, please bare this in mind - feel free to book in, way ahead of time 🤣 if you don’t mind, then that’s also fine, but space will be limited 🐾 I like being prepared! 😜

Due to getting married, I may have to book random afternoons off etc for registrar appointments and dress fittings etc and a hen party (but I don’t know when that will be yet 😂) but I’ll try to get it all sorted in plenty of time 🤪 I’ve pretty much sorted everything else already 😂

Merry Christmas everyone 🎄❤️🐾

I didn’t manage to get everyone’s photos, it got a bit too manic with last minute grooms, I really hate letting people down 🤪 plus not all the dogs we groom would tolerate it 😂 I already have plans for next year, so will try to get better prepared 😂

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us this year, and for all our lovely gifts, tips and yummy chocolates 😁

I will respond to all messages, emails and texts on the 27th, but for now, I’m going to enjoy a couple of days off with my family 😍

Just got to give my own dog a groom later on, after we go on a really muddy walk! 😝

Just a heads up, as it stands we have water (we have tanks which fill up overnight, so it doesn’t affect the kennels pressure)

We should have enough for a few days, so fingers crossed we get it back soon! 😂
