Happy new year 🥳

Thanks again for all your support, got lots of people to get back to on the 2nd - I honestly don’t know how 😂 I thought we had done all the dogs in December 😂

I’m gunna spend my day off (& the bad weather) to try and get the new booking in system, up together 🤪 once I have, I will need people to fill in all their info etc (but you should only have to do it once then!)

On another note, for those that don’t already know… I’m getting married!!

We will be closed 19-22/8 (no exceptions!!) and I will be on my honeymoon 1-28/9 (though, mum will still be working - bless her!)

If you normally get your dogs groomed by me, please bare this in mind - feel free to book in, way ahead of time 🤣 if you don’t mind, then that’s also fine, but space will be limited 🐾 I like being prepared! 😜

Due to getting married, I may have to book random afternoons off etc for registrar appointments and dress fittings etc and a hen party (but I don’t know when that will be yet 😂) but I’ll try to get it all sorted in plenty of time 🤪 I’ve pretty much sorted everything else already 😂

Merry Christmas everyone 🎄❤️🐾

I didn’t manage to get everyone’s photos, it got a bit too manic with last minute grooms, I really hate letting people down 🤪 plus not all the dogs we groom would tolerate it 😂 I already have plans for next year, so will try to get better prepared 😂

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us this year, and for all our lovely gifts, tips and yummy chocolates 😁

I will respond to all messages, emails and texts on the 27th, but for now, I’m going to enjoy a couple of days off with my family 😍

Just got to give my own dog a groom later on, after we go on a really muddy walk! 😝

Just a heads up, as it stands we have water (we have tanks which fill up overnight, so it doesn’t affect the kennels pressure)

We should have enough for a few days, so fingers crossed we get it back soon! 😂

Teddy looking cute 🥰 it’s that time of year again, although, I have forgotten to get some dogs photos already 🥺

I have opened up the online calendar some more, for last minute Xmas appointments, including Sundays, so grab them now to avoid disappointment!

I’m struggling to answer the phone at the moment due to extra driving (mums taxi) so messaging on here or texts are best!

Just a heads up that we are getting booked up for Christmas 🎄 we will be off 24/12-2/1 (minus kennel dogs) 😊

I will be opening up the online calendar a bit more, this evening, so if you need an appointment before Christmas then I advise booking in ASAP to avoid disappointment ☺️ 🐾

Just a heads up - we will be ‘off’ on the 7th-10th October, this is so we can give the salon a much needed lick of paint, and it gets time to dry, before it gets too cold! 😂

We will also be moving our booking in system to a different system - this may mean a few teething problems, and I will be transferring all the current booked appointments over to this new system, so you will get some new emails. The new system is designed for dog groomers in mind, so it will be much more handy! 😁 🐾 but should still be super easy to use!

A few months ago, Willow started getting super itchy, being bile sick at least once a day, getting bad teeth/breath and getting super fat… I opted to get her 💩 tested by Biome - it took 2 weeks for the results, but I was honestly shocked by them! She’s been raw fed for most her life, I give her 5 staple proteins and fruit/veg, it’s a complete meal from a reputable company… and the results really weren’t that great… (attached)

They sent me recommendations of things to add, and I can get their probiotics too, but in the last month, since making all the changes they told (not got the probiotics yet) she’s only been sick once, she’s not itchy and she’s lost 1.5kg!

Just a heads up:

Next week is set to be super hot 🥵

We will be keeping an eye on the temperatures, so far Tuesday and Wednesday seem to be the worst -

We may need to move appointments around to earlier in the day or a different day of the week & we may leave dogs a bit damp so they don’t get too hot 🐾

Just a heads up!
We are changing things up slightly!

We will now be working til 3.30pm on a Tuesday and 5pm on a Wednesday. From 1st June, we will be having Thursdays off (otherwise we don’t get a day off)

If your dog is normally done on a Thursday, we are also open weekends, so I’m sure we will be able to accommodate a different day for you ☺️

We have been pretty busy and booking up, so as always, if you want to pre book ahead, it’s advisable to get the slot you want ☺️🐾

Thank you to everyone who had to miss out on appointments today… I had to put my handsome old baby boy to sleep this morning 🌈

Some of you guys had met him, he was usually asleep on the chair, bugging you for treats or being the ultimate puppy magnet and comforter ☺️ his laid back, chilled vibes were always great for nervous dogs 🐾

He was my first dog, my soul dog and my best buddy - he was a challenge medically, and I feel so, so grateful that I got to spend near enough every minute with him for the last 10 years ❤️ it’s been an incredibly tough day, and so weird to not have him staring at me or barking at me, for his dinner about now 😅

Although he’s been ill for years, he got super poorly, super quickly (within 12 hours) so it’s still been a bit of shock, and it wasn’t his epilepsy! 🐾

I will get back to you all very soon xx

A client of mine is in need of a new home through no fault of his own, due to a change in circumstances for his owners 🐾

I, unfortunately, cannot take him on, as much as I would love to!

He’s a 10 year old beagle (more working lines), neutered and upto date with all his vaccines, flea/worming. He loves people and dogs, fine with cats and children. 🐶
