Good morning everyone.
Loads of fresh livefood in for Christmas, but it’s going quickly. I’ve sold 18 portions of river shrimp in the first hour 😱, lucky I double up on that 😉
Bloodworm, Large bloodworm, Mysis, shrimp, Brineshrimp, Tubifex worms, Daphnia and river shrimp in stock.

We always have a go at breeding fish here. We have pretty good success with bristlenose plecos. I’ve bred Corydoras Napoensis.
We got some big female Aulonocara(peacock) cichlids in a while back and one had a mouthful of babies. To save her from losing too much weight and the babies from being eaten once she spat them out, I carefully removed the babies from her mouth and put them in a separate tank. They’ve absorbed their egg sacs and are free swimming now ☺️
We’ve had new eggs of both common bristlenose and blue eye lemon bristlenose, the commons have just hatched - I’ll put a video of those wrigglers in the comments.

Afternoon everyone.
Hope you’re all having a wonderful day.

Another tank up for sale. Wasn’t the one I was going to put up (someone snatched that in the shop before I got a chance to put it up on here - always pays to drop us a visit) but here it is. It’s one I was using to raise the bristlenose pleco babies, but I’ve changed tanks now so this is surplus.
Held water fine before it was emptied, but as with all ex shop use/ex wet display, sold as seen, no guarantee.
Aqua one, aqua start 500.
As the price tag says, twin lights but only one works, (could just need a new bulb, but selling it off) few scratches on the glass but nothing disastrous once filled, lid sits on top but doesn’t hinge so will need lifting off when cleaning etc.
40 quid. Bargain.

I’ve also just put another on wet test that I repaired, brand new tank that was cracked on a corner and it was too late to send back. Ciano 60 in white. We’ll see what happens.

Pretty good condition to be fair.
I was going to take it home, but it don’t fit. 🤣
It’s the 60litre version. Second biggest that they make. Difficult to measure but about 20 inches round.
Lovely little setup.

Hope you’ve had a great week and are having a great start to your weekend.
We’ve found one of these out the back.
We’re not going to use it so thought we’d offer it up for sale to get someone started.
Set up running to make sure it’s ok, but it’s pretty good to be fair.
£150 or nearest offer and will come with a new air stone and service kit.

There might be another ex-display tank coming up in the week. Keep your eyes open 👀
