It is with heartbreaking sadness to say that today I cudddled my Clio, told her a million times we loved her gave her my last kisses and said good night 💔💔💔
We are totally heartbroken as she has given us 15 years 11 months of unconditional Love ❤️
We miss you Clio we always will but hope you are now running free with all your friends 😘😘😘😘😘

I would like to thank everyone for being patient with us while we sort the diary out for appointments while we interview for a groomer. Everyone is on a list and I will get to you each as soon as I can.

Sadly I need to ask for your support and patience again as my own little pooch Clio (my fur baby) is today very poorly and in hospital on a drip.

She has been diagnosed with pancreatitis and loss of kidney function and I do not yet know how she will respond to treatments.

I am sure you will all understand the fear I have at the moment of loosing her but also I may need to ask a few clients to change times or days of appointments depending on how things go later today.

Morning

It is with greatest sadness that sadly we have lost one of our groomers long term and it is now just little Amy and me grooming.

For this reason we will not be taking any bookings till Monday 16th September while we sort the current bookings out and find out what spaces we have available.

🐾 New Client Deposit Policy 🐾

Due to recent short notice cancellations and no shows I have had to introduced a £15 deposit per pooch for all new clients.

I have tried to avoid this as long as possible but it is becoming a daily issue of short notice cancellations that we cannot fill and it’s not fair as my amazing team of groomers still need to earn a living.

Where possible I will always try to accommodate changes but clients who reschedule or cancel with less than 24 hours will loose their deposit however if you let us know sooner we will allow your deposit to transfer to alternative date. Sadly if this is transferred more than once it will be lost as sadly we do have new clients who keep moving whom we have yet to meet 😢

Thank you to all my clients that have and continue to support my small business as without you I wouldn’t be able to continue with what I love doing, quality time with your pooches whom I love like my own 🐾

Otis is such a cleaver boy while waiting for mum after his bath and tidy he wanted to chill on the table and people watch, however table wasn’t the right height for him to see out of the window so he just put the table up himself to where he wanted it 🤣🤣
Foot pedal to alter and long golden doodle legs made it an easy job ❤️🐾🐾
