"Can't take him to the beach for a walk because he bothers you and messes with the holiday... I'm not allowed to rent a house if I have a dog, and I can't take him.
However, I can take him to the rubble to find you after an earthquake, in the woods after you get lost in the mountains and you didn't have neither map nor gps; under snow because you made a detour not allowed off track; in the water because, despite the red flag, you have entered the sea and your life is in danger! And finally ....
He's just a dog, but he will find you.

Yay its the Summer Holidays !! ⛱
Many of us will be off for a day at the beach.
Even dog-friendly beaches can be hazardous for dogs, especially on a warm summer’s day, and it's our job to keep an eye out to ensure they're safe. Here are some of our top tips

😎Pack essential supplies including a leash and collar, water and bowl, dog-friendly sunscreen, towels and blankets, p**p bags, toys and treats, and a dog first aid kit.
😎Introduce your dog to the water gradually and consider using a dog life jacket for safety. Be careful of currents if swimming ! Seawater poisoning can
happen if they swallow too much water. If your dog starts vomiting after being in the sea you should contact your local vet.
😎Be aware of potential hazards such as sand impaction, seaweed ingestion, jellyfish and sharp objects.
😎Avoid letting your dog drink salt water, protect them from sunburn with pet-friendly sunscreen, prevent wasp stings, watch out for palm oil on the beach, and avoid discarded food.
😎Make sure your pets tick and flea protection is up to date, ticks are hiding in the beach grass on the sand dunes at this time of year.
😎High temperatures, loads of exercise, and lack of shade at the beach can lead to potentially fatal heatstroke in dogs. Always have fresh water for your dog and take regular breaks in the shade. If you're sunbathing, ensure there's a cool, shady spot for your dog.
