It is with great sadness I have to say I am now permanently closed.
I want to thank you all for your continued support over the years. I have met some lovely people and have learnt a lot. But sadly it has come to an end.
I will miss you and your fur babies. I gave recommendations for new groomers to most of you and I know you are in good hands.
I wish you all well and Thankyou again.

***********IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**************

It is with a sad heart I have to say due to personal reasons Pamperedk9s will be closing permanently. My last day of grooming will be on Thursday 15th September. Any appointments after that will no longer be valid.
I will be in contact with you all individually over the next couple of days.
I will have availability to move some appointments forward so your dog is groomed before I close.
I want to thank you all for your support over the years. I will miss you and you dogs. If you need a recommendation for a new groomer then please ask.
But as I say I will be in contact with you all individually over the next couple of days so please bare with me.

Hi, I know I haven’t been great at posting lately, I apologise.
This is something that I have thought long and hard about as it’s not something I wanted to do but I will be increasing my prices on Monday 2nd May by £1-£2.
What with the price of everything going up I need to think of myself aswell. I hope you all understand and I will let you know when I see you about it too.

QUICK UPDATE... it’s now starting on 31st August and will take 5/6 weeks.

Week commencing Monday 9th August. There is gas works starting in my road for 10 weeks.
Parking will be very limited if any at all so you may have to park round the corner and walk round.

With restrictions changing today . I have decided I will continue with the way I have been doing things. For the past year and half it has worked.
I will still meet customers at my front gate on drop off and collection. So no one will be coming into my garden. It has been working well for the last year and a half, so why change what is working. And we are still no we’re near being out of all of this. I hope you all understand.

It’s been confirmed groomers can resume normal appointments from 29th March.

I am doing some welfare grooms at the moment and am hoping to reopen properly on 12th April. That’s if everything goes to plan and the government doesn’t change anything.

This is not something I wanted to do. There is never a right time to say you are putting up prices. I know we are in a pandemic but with the price of products getting dearer, electric and water increasing and just general living expenses on the rise. From Tuesday 4th May 2021 I will be charging an extra £2 a groom.
I hope you all understand and continue to support me. I know this year hasn’t got of to a good start but hopefully it can only get better.

This is we’re we stand at the moment. Hopefully we will know some more soon. But as it stands now it is still welfare grooms until 8th March. Routine maintenance grooms are still on hold.

With the announcement due later today I’m hoping I will have an idea of how much longer before I can start back regular grooms. I have done a few welfare grooms were the dog has been badly matted and just had a complete clip off.
I will make sure I have all details and advice etc before I post again , just so I have got it right. I will post in the next few days because I don’t want to jump to any conclusions and get anything wrong.

Have done a few welfare grooms this weekend. . I know some of your dogs have missed 1 or 2 appointments and are getting matted and uncomfortable. Please contact me if you have any concerns. And here’s hoping we get some good news next week and I can return to your regular grooming schedule. Or at least find out when.

Be extra vigilant.....

Shared from the dog lovers of lancing group. This wasn't me.

Just had a bit of a strange encounter on widewater lagoon. About 345pm. A lady walked past me as I was walking my pup on the beach near the car park. She walked past me then i heard her footsteps change direction as she walked back towards me (she wasn't dressed for a windy, Feb day on the beach) and she was asking me about Luna. She stared at us as we walked off. Then a chap (in a full balaclava)stared at the puppy as we walked past him at the toilets, and then he started slow circling around me on a bike as I headed back to the car park and just as I got to my car a white van pulled up alongside my car in the car park and the bloke on the bike stopped and seemed to communicate with white van man and they just stared at Luna,my puppy as we approached my car.. My spider senses told me that something was off with them all - I suspected they were looking to steal her. Luckily she jumped straight into my car, I locked the doors and sped off.
Just be super careful people, there is a huge increase in dog thefts nationally. Honestly, I wished she wasnt as friendly as she is in that moment. 😳😳

I have reported it and have a crime number.

Lady had a very long ponytail, 30s-40s - good looking brunette, wearing navy blue fleece with a white logo and black leggings. Chap on bike hidden in balaclava, but wearing fluorescent yellow tunic/tabbard. And fluorescent yellow cap over the balaclava. White transit van driver had dark hair, and about 40 yrs old wearing a patterned blue T shirt.

I hope it's nothing.
