Please read- Deposits & Cancellations

Due to a huge increase in late cancellations & no shows deposits will be required on all appointments.

When booking online this will be automatic and you will not be able to book without securing with a deposit.

For regular customers- you can roll your deposit over to the next appointment

If you call, message or book in salon you will receive a text with a link to pay the deposit

Your appointment will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours if the fee remains unpaid!

If you have any problems/ queries please get in touch 📩

Absolutely hate to post things like this but carrying on with cancellations and no shows like the last 3 months is not possible ☹️

Cancellations & deposits😫

Please note cancellations 48 hours before the appointment are subject to a 50% of the appointment fee. For cancellations within 24 hours the full appointment fee is required. These fees must be settled before another appointment can be booked.

Deposits at 50% of the appointment fee will now be required when booking. You’re appointment is not secure until the deposit is paid. When booking online deposits will be requested otherwise you will receive a text with a payment link.
