From this month it is a legal requirement for all cats to be microchipped. So if you haven’t had your cat chipped yet, it is possible to book an appointment to have it done (£15 including chip and registration). A microchip will be placed under the skin in the neck and the number is registered to your name with the cat’s details.

Any cat that is found, will always be scanned for a chip and can then be reunited with his/her owners.

Look at this little cutie coming in today. He is called Merlin and his owner is letting him experience the world from the safety of her back pack. Great idea for early socialisation of a puppy who is not fully vaccinated yet.

This is exactly why we do estimates and we offer a large range of treatments and are happy to provide prescriptions to buy drugs online. We like to be open about fees, so we have a price list on our website. For things we can’t quote without checking the animal, we will give you a free consultation, where you have no obligations to have any treatment done. I charge the same prices to every client, so every client is treated fairly.

The measure is one move the UK watchdog could take after it completes a formal inquiry into the sector.

Little Pearl came in today to be spayed and wanted to lick her wound afterwards so we fitted her a body suit….. think she decided that to be dressed up was a lot worse than her operation, bless her 🥰

That is the first week (3 days) done! We met lots of lovely clients: a lot of people we already knew and who entrusted us with the care of their beloved pets once again ❤️as well as some new clients who came in to say hello and introduce their pets🐾.
We started some clinical work ups in some cases and got some free dental checks done for our offer that starts on 12/5 for 10% off dental treatments.

I wish you all a lovely bank holiday weekend. We will have a little rest to be ready for next week.
