🐾Impawtant Notice🐾

Due to the increase in the national living wage this month I thought a reminder on prices and policies would be a good idea.

I will not be increasing my prices right now but this is subject to change at any time.

Meets and greets remain the same, my time is complimentary however to cover travel costs a mileage fee will be charged and invoiced on the day of the meeting.

Mileage is charged at 50p per mile for the return trip.

Prices start from £45, this is from midnight - midnight of the date booked regardless of what hours you use.
Prices start from £45 for one animal/pet so please expect extra charges if you have multiple animals/pets.

All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Your dates are not safe unless this has been paid. I have to work on a first come first serve basis to be fair.

Your balance must be paid in full by the first date of your booking.

So please make sure you’re 100% sure on what dates you need/want.

In the event of a cancellation the deposit is non-refundable regardless of any circumstances.

*If for any reason I have to cancel a refund will be issued.

However should you wish to move your booking dates you must give at least 30 days notice.

If I am given less than a months notice on cancellations or changes of dates I unfortunately do still have to invoice for the remaining amount as I am a small business and it’s too short notice to replace work.
