Update we will be closing Ladybank branch today, St Andrews and Newport will be open but all routine appointments may be rebooked.

To help you stay on top of vaccinations, we’ve partnered with RSVP, a trusted call centre team and have set up a dedicated Vaccination Booking Service. This service will be reaching out to you on our behalf to offer convenient booking options for your pet’s vaccination appointments. You’ll receive a friendly reminder call, so you can easily schedule an appointment at a time that suits you best! 🗓️

This partnership allows us to focus more on providing excellent care, while the Vaccination Booking Service ensures no vaccinations are missed. Feel free to book directly with us, or simply look out for the call from our new service!

Please make sure to order your pet's food/medication in plenty of time to last over the festive period.

St Andrews and Ladybank last order will be Monday the 23rd of December, with the next one not arriving until Monday the 30th of December.

Newport last order will be Friday the 27th of December, and they will get one on Friday the 3rd of January.

If your pets prescription is a controlled drug, it is advised to order this week due to the length of time this takes to come. Don't leave your pet's prescription till last minute! 🎄

We will be closed in all 3 branches tomorrow for a staff meeting. Newport & Ladybank will close from around 11.30am to allow staff to travel to St Andrews for meeting. St Andrews will close from 12.30pm-2pm. Newport & Ladybank will re-open from 3pm. Call us on 01334 466800 should you require your pet to be seen.
