We at Happy Paws Walking with Natasha want to wish our doggos and their families Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 🥳. We couldn’t be more grateful for you selecting us to walk your dogs since opening in April (feels a lot longer !!! ) We resume walks Monday 6th January !! So this week I’ve taken a couple of the dogs into town and around the market :

1- For Socialising , dog socialising is not just about having them play with other dogs or walking in the field , it’s also different from environments and stimulants . Town is great as it’s hustle and bustle , people , other dogs , different smells . It engages all their senses and provides a mentally enriching
Experience .

And

2- For the Pet Market stall 🙈 I am loving this stall and it does AMAZING treats for your doggos - Bertie got treated to duck and Kobe had venison sausage (gluten free ) and Nala got a venison sausage too !
Maximus is currently on his postman leg (see below ) , the man on the stall charges £3.50 for these half the price of what I’d pay in Pets at Home . He also does other treats like rabbit ears , pigs ears , beef trachea , goats skin etc so if your going to treat you doggo I implore you to go try it out !

So with that being said it’s a weekend with my boy And back to walk your doggos next week ! Have a great weekend 🐾

It’s been a busy month here … for some reason it won’t let me upload videos at the same time as photos - so will do that separately ! But we’ve had some wonderful walks , cuddles and playtime .
Current availability is as stands :

Mondays : spaces available
Tuesdays : I can’t take on anymore walks - we are fully booked 😍
Wednesdays : I can’t take on anymore walks - we are fully booked 😍
Thursdays : spaces available
Friday : spaces available .

So with that being said - If you’d like to book in on the remaining days please drop me a message .
We offer 30minutes ,45minutes or 60minutes walks .
Drop ins are available too .
No breed is too big or too small !

No walks on these hot days but we still visit and love and play and stimulate .

Some tips for stimulating :

Find it games with treats or whatever you use for treats.

Licky pads - frozen in this weather is a game changer , again mentally stimulates .

Tug of war - my rottie loves this !

Or some dogs just don’t want to do anything but lay flat out - like Maximus in one of the photos lol 😂 or even Sonny - he loves sitting under his parents Sun loungers 🤣

Rocco - the most neediest rottweiler I know 🥰🥹🥰🥹 We bumped into some others when on our walk and this boy just loves getting all the fuss ! Watch his face about five seconds into the vid - he’s loving it !! Rottweilers are still shamed with the 90s stigma & it’s frustrating !! When I walk Maximus or Rocco , we still have people cross the street , we still have comments like “will he attack “ , “will he eat my dog “ , we still see people PICK up their dogs so as to avoid us . We still get the looks of judgement . This breed of dog is amazing and I guess I am biased but I am also here to advocate for them ! I know this is my dog walking page to show what the dogs get upto but when it comes to these boys (Maximus and Rocco & hopefully more in time lol ) I will show you what a rottie is like 💕
