Hi all,

We'll be closed Wednesday 25th December and reopen Monday 30th December. Closed again for New year's day. 🎉

Should you not require your pre-booked walk please give me notice of any cancellations. Make sure January walks are also updated on the system if you're an ad-hoc customer.

Also to note we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy but please be mindful if you're pre-booking to only cancel at the last minute it makes it really difficult for us to manage the workload. In January 2025 we will be much stricter with late cancellations and be giving priority to our regulars. We do make allowances for those of you who genuinely have last minute hiccups.

Late payments will incur late charges and walks will be temporarily suspended. To those haven't paid over the last couple of months please pay!!! ❤️
