Please make sure you turn up for your appointment time, please donโ€™t turn up more than 5 mins early as itโ€™s likely I will still be with the client before you as I am working back to back over Christmas!
A pick up time will be given to you at drop off, please keep to this! (Example~ as appointments are 1-1 so itโ€™s unfair on the client after turning up on time for their appointment and your over 30mins late to pick up especially pooches that are nervous and donโ€™t get on with other dogs!) I understand roads are busy and things happen so please let me know so Iโ€™m not wondering when youโ€™re going to turn up.
