Our team of competition horses are currently training towards regionals and nationals so you would have the opportunity to learn all about the competition world by attending shows and training as well as learning a very high standard of horse care and stable management at our yard.
We are looking for a hard working and dedicated individual with a strong desire to learn who already has experience in horse care and handling so please do not apply if you have no previous experience.

Someone is going to be very lucky to have this young lady who is by Sandro Hit out of a Gribaldi mare.
This is her first ever go at lunging and learning the vocal cues for walk and trot and she picks it up like this!?!
Although she has had a bridle on a few times now I like to teach young horses to go on a simple rope halter when they’re first learning to lunge so that they can learn the aids with no restrictions.
Serana is INCREDIBLY intelligent, so willing to please and has taken everything we’ve taught her like she’s done it before. Not only is she intelligent but she has a temperament to die for and always wants fuss and attention.
Her value is going to increase dramatically the longer she is with us so if you want a super horse with a phenomenal brain snap her up now as once she’s backed her 🥕’s will increase dramatically!

Ruby is a 6 yo, 15.2 dark bay mare by Future Gravitas. Her owner is only interested in hacking but would love someone who has a keen interest in schooling and jumping to have her on part loan.
Ruby is a young Warmblood mare and is golden to hack but can be sharp in the school so only competent quiet riders please. Absolutely NO NOVICES! The ideal loaner would be someone wanting to take her out to some clinics and shows as this mare is sure to bring back the red ones with the right rider in both Showjumping and Eventing.
As Ruby is a little mare the owner is only willing for riders to be 10 stone or under please for the well-being of this lovely mare.

Elvis and I are thrilled to announce that SMS master saddler fitter and master saddler Jo Beavis from The National Saddle Centre has generously agreed to support us on our journey ❤️.
Elvis LOVES this kieffer saddle and in just two sessions in it he’s developed so much more confidence in his way of going to the point that I’m actually starting to think that he’s ready for a show!

Willow had another intimate moment with one of the visiting horses whilst her mummy was having her rider assessment with Sarah 🥰. She likes to make sure that all the horses at EKW HQ are given equal attention!
Sarah’s next visit to EKW EC will be November the 4th where we will be offering Biomechanics and horse and rider Physiotherapy sessions. Please note that the biomechanics is weather dependent and in the event of poor weather Sarah will give you the choice of having either rider or equine physio instead.
