What a day! Just when it was drying up 🙄. Jon has spent some of his birthday trying to tidy up some of the area's where the grass has got very long as today's weather has put any tractor work back further! I'm pretty sure particularly when being battered by hail stones that he will have been questioning his life choices 🤔 I mean wife choices 🤦‍♀️🤗😅 good job I took him out for breakfast this morning 😋 😬

A beautiful evening field check for Purdy and I 💛 but really hoping for no more heavy rain!!! It's been a long mucky winter 🙄 but having seen a fellow dog field owner taking their little power BOAT!!! Across their dog field it's safe to say we could be far worse off 🙏 roll on spring though 😅 🐾🐾🐾

From operations to birthday's 🤗♥️ Shelby is off duty for a couple of weeks following being spayed 🤗 shes really going to miss field check duty but following a not too good 24hrs shes bounced back 🤗 and Purdy became a teenager today ♥️ a little less sight and mobility but she's still going strong 💪 and for that we are soooo grateful 🙏 now to pray for dry weather!!!!!

So to follow my previous post not only is shelby seriously springy she is also a seriously good and completely self taught poo detector! Leaving her tennis ball as a marker ..clever girl 🤩 however that does sadly lead me to a very necessary reminder 😔 first I must thank everyone who treats the field like it's their own Leaving it meticulously clean and even picking up after others ,it really is greatly appreciated 😀 but unfortunately we clean up after way to many and for most of it there's really no excuse other than dogs not being watched so please please pick up ... many thanks in advance ☺️

Following my post about the beautifully topped field Shelby requested for some to stay and having been asked a few times by visitors we have left a corner wild 😀 it's definitely Shelbys favourite spot 🐾🐾❤

Well it's been rather windy in Drointon today but how amazing is the ground ! So nice bringing a clean spaniel home 😀 and better still it means Purdy gets to join us ❤ stitches out next wk and then she can play ball 🥰

Secure, safe space for dogs in a rural setting...

K9 Pastures is a secure, 2.5 acre dog field set amid rolling Staffordshire countryside yet within a 15 minute drive of Stafford, Rugeley and Uttoxeter.

Available for exclusive hire in 45 minute sessions the field is completely secure, surrounded by 6ft high dog-proof fencing and benefits from a dedicated hard standing parking area. The space can be booked by individuals for use with single dogs or a maximum of four per session.

The facility is located near our private, family run equestrian yard which offers holiday livery and training services and benefits from its own, private access. As a lifelong dog owners, we understand the need for some dogs to have a safe, secure space to run free and let off steam; K9 Pastures offers the space to do just that.

Work is currently underway on the facility and we look forward to welcoming dogs and their owners to enjoy the freedom K9 Pastures will offer. We hope to be open by December 2019 - please watch this space for updates!
