For any of my pet services I request a free meet and greet session prior to any new client and booking(even if it is a one off request or requirement). This session must be completed prior to any booking ar least 24 hours before your booking requirement date.

I will not accept new clients without this session completed prior to any booking. The purpose of the free meet and greet session is to get to know you, your dog/pet, their lifestyle and how I can best give you and your pet the best possible service :)
