Exiting day last Friday for me, when I collected a brand new Yanmar ViO27-6.

This machine will enable us to get some serious work done in a day for our commercial work and also with domestic building sites.

We were called up by a great existing customer of ours to pull up and relay a driveway,

When we had the blocks up and stacked to one side it was evident that the previous builders hadn’t used any kind of base and scattered a few mm of sand and stone on top of soil. With no edging stone anywhere.

So we did it the best way we know…properly.

We also added a new matching pathway from the road to the house which I personally think sets the whole front off lovely.

We also did the same to a patio in the rear with new steps to the patio doors (photo to follow) and did a 20t topsoil movement from front to back for a new grassed area.

Great year so far and lots more to come … working closely with top customers and contractors in Derbyshire, Staffordshire all over the West Midlands.

This is the first phase for us at Stafford Plant Hire and Groundworks working in derby with

Clearance, Foundations, Oversight dig off to depth and Stone loaded and transported to the rear of the property leveled and compacted.
All ready for the lads to start the finishing process.

Back again in May with something special 👀 for phase 2 of the works.
