Good Morning

Please PLEASE can I stress the importance of timing.

Every session booked is strictly 50mins starting on the hour. It’s becoming too common that people are attending well in advance and assuming that 10 min window is there’s to claim or that they can interrupt the previous user.

Please turn up no more than literally 2 mins prior to your session start time. You are not permitted access onto the car park any earlier than you have booked for.

Rudeness towards other customers is not necessary especially if you are the one not following the rules correctly..

Please be respectful of us and of other visitors to the paddock.

- NO smoking or va**ng is permitted anywhere on site

- Please stick to your designated time slots, if you are early you cannot access early, especially when another customer is there

- Leaving late is unfair on the next customer and stops us being able to carry our necessary checks

- Equipment/Obstacles are for dogs only

- Watch, & pick up after your dog

What an amazing morning we’ve spent supporting Pet Stop in Codsall! We are so proud of you! 🐾

We love our Paddock!
We love all our customers who respect and enjoy the paddock and follow what we ask.
Those who follow what we ask, and enjoy our paddock, thank you so much ♥️
On behalf of those that can’t, we apologise if you have come across an issue or mess left by someone else.

As a business we are expected to remain professional, polite and have an attitude of “the customer is always right”

When people cause damage, break rules and are ignorant to show any care it adds unnecessary time and cost to us, but not only that it’s hurtful and disrespectful.

Recently we have had multiple visitors break numerous rules on their visit and have caused upset to other users and to us.
❌ turning up and trying to enter early
❌ leaving late
❌ leaving gates unlocked
❌ trespassing
❌ not picking up after their dogs
❌ allowing children on the equipment
❌ smoking and va**ng on site
❌ bringing more than booked amount of dogs
❌ damaging fencing
❌ digging holes
❌ climbing gates
❌ putting chewing gum in the water butt
❌ shredding toys and leaving the remains scattered

Just because you are hiring our paddock it does not entitle you to do as you please within your session or outside of it. We ask that you leave the paddock in a clean tidy state ready for the next user.

If you bring guests with you, as the booker it is your responsibility to ensure they too follow the rules especially in regard to smoking and children on equipment!

We have security cameras in place.

No one wants loads of rules thrown at them, but most things are common sense… we don’t want to start adding silly little rules to highlight things that should be obvious…

We hate to post negative posts but this week has been very upsetting and infuriating.

Please hire our field to enjoy with your beloved dogs and celebrate them, build bonds and have fun together ♥️🐾

Hot Weather! 🥵☀️

We are forecast a warm week. If as warm as predicted we will be flexible on our cancellation policy, if you wish to cancel please:

- Message us your name and slot time and either a new date/time to arrange it too (by looking on our website) or if you have an active block booking we can just cancel for you and credit back

- You must notify us BEFORE your time a lot starts

- If attending please bring extra water with you

Additional slots have been added online for earlier and later times this week

Can I remind all customers to adhere to slot times - not to try enter earlier and not leaving late 🙏🏻
This weekend has been unacceptable for this 👎🏼

⏰Time slots ⏰

Please can all visitors ensure they are not entering or trying to enter before their designated time.

We often use this time to run in and do some checks and replenish supplies. But also interrupting the previous customer is disrespectful - I’m sure you wouldn’t like it done to you?

If you are early please pull in one of the lay-bys AWAY from the car park gate (do not pull outside the gate this is for passing only).
There is one half way along Cartwright lane about 100yds before you get to the car park or there are two after the gate by the motorway bridge.

Introducing our new gimmick! 😅

Those who know us or have followed us for a while may know we refer to one of the team as Delboy! If you sat with him long enough to hear his stories you’d understand why! 😂
Our Delboy is the creative one who makes all the things in the paddock too!

A few years ago we bought him this for a joke…he then turned the joke into a fun advertising pitch for the paddock!
We managed to get it finished in time to take along to the Codsall Show today. If you managed to grab a pic we’d love to see it!

Thank you to everyone for taking a look, taking photos and chatting to us. We’ve loved putting faces to names and meeting lots of new people 💛

Please ensure you check you have received a reminder email in advance of attending your booking. It has a new layout now and the code is on the email.

The access code does not remain the same. If you have not received it 24 hours before your booking please drop me a message.

I’m trying to work out if we have a system error as some people have received the new emails and others have not 😖

Please do not start aggressively ragging the lock or trying to enter another way. The only entrance is by opening the coded lock.

As all responsible dog owners know, if you have a dog you must pick up after them, this includes in our paddock!

Please make sure you are watching them at all times and pick up, bags and bins are provided please make use of them.

We pride our field on being clean but this week we and others have reported a few stray poops! Strangely most being around the shelter or along the edge where everyone walks 🤷🏻‍♀️… regardless of where please ensure you are going to collect and dispose of in the bin by the gate (not in the shelter)

☀️ We hope everyone is enjoying this glorious weather!! - FINALLY!

Few things from us:
- Please ensure you are always watching and picking up after your dog. Bins & bags are provided💩

- If you use any of the toys provided please return them to the shelter, not leave them scattered across the paddock… 🤦🏻‍♀️

- Children are of course welcome but must be supervised by an adult to make sure they do not climb on the dog equipment and aren’t kicking footballs up the fencing ⚽️

- Stick to your allotted time, you should not be arriving early nor leaving late. The buffer time in between is to ensure customers (especially with reactive dogs) can exit and enter safely. But also for us to be able to run in to do quick checks/refills ⏱️
