‼️Storm update‼️

On paddock inspection this morning all is ok, a lot of broken branches which we have cleared as many as we can.
There’s a lot of debris on the lanes leading in, we came via Wobaston Rd, lawn lane and turned left into pendedford hall lane - all clear except one branch sticking out on the corner as you turn off Wobaston rd!

If attending today, please be careful and aware of the following:
‼️ park nearer the paddock on the carpark, 2 cars maximum today
‼️the flood in the field at its deepest point is 1.5ft
‼️ use the rope provided to secure the carpark gate on entry and exit

If you’d like to cancel your session you can do so online or message me and I will sort for you, if you’d like to rebook please send me the new date

If today continues as predicted we completely understand if anyone does not wish to drive out in this.

Settings have been adjusted on the website to allow you to cancel and rebook up to an hour before your session, or you can drop us a message (confirm who you are and where you’d like to be rebooked)

Those continuing to attend please be extra careful, especially with the car park gate, we will attach a rope to hold the gate open for you.
When closing, make sure the catch is fully across and the gate is secure so it does not swing open

We will do extra checks throughout today but please before entering do a quick scan yourselves to ensure the fencing all looks ok (in case anything has blown into it or any branches)

Any problems on site please call us 🙏🏻

🚫 DIGGING 🚫

Please ensure you are always watching your for any digging, there is a scoop/bucket in the shelter to fill in any little mishaps or just drop me a message so I can come and sort please, we have a lot of customers who are unsteady on their feet/wheelchair users.

Rain, sleet or shine, it is your responsibility to go collect your dogs p**p and put in the bin near the gate (not in the shelter)

Following the snow & rain the field is VERY wet! Wellies are strongly advised - and perhaps a carrier bag to transport them home in afterwards 🥾 (your boots that is not the dog 😜)

❄️ Snow & Poops! 💩

Following the snow we are expecting the odd p**p to of been missed as we understand it is difficult to see sometimes in those conditions.

I will be doing a sweep of the field now all the snow has cleared up and hopefully capture the ones that got away! 🤞🏻

☃️We saw lots of users enjoying the snow with their dogs and we’d love to see your photos!

Our paddock, including the car park is a strict no smoking and no va**ng zone!!!!

🚭🚭🚭

We are disgusted to find cigarette butts in the bin over the weekend!!!

Rules are sent out multiple times and there are repeated signs in the paddock! As the booker you are agreeing to these, and if anyone attends with you it is your place to ensure they too follow the rules!!

We have always been very fair and issued a polite reminder to offenders, but going forward anyone breaking our rules will be issued an instant ban, and any future sessions will be cancelled without refund, as per our policy ageeed to at point of booking.

Other recent issues that have been on the increase:
- children on the equipment
- digging holes and leaving/not reporting them
- not picking up poo
- TIMING!

Please respect the service we provide and just enjoy your visits without causing issues for us and other users 🙏🏻
