Well He’s a had a well deserved break from his first few hard shows and doing so well! Hes had much steadier hacking and lungey days to rest up abit!

It came just in time as I unfortunately suffered a Lisfranc Injury which has left me hobbling around for a while only being allowed to work from the ground! 🙏🏼

Time now to start bringing us both back to business and getting ready for another new arrival 😍

(Posting on Behalf of Owner - I have been teaching this duo for last 12 months so can fully vouch for pony)

13yo 12.2 Appaloosa Gelding

Pep is an ideal pony to take you from total beginner to teaching your child to become a confident rider. Would also make an ideal lead rein or riding school pony.

🌟 Super easy in walk, trot and canter
🌟 Happy hacking and good with traffic and heavy machinery
🌟 Loads and travels well on a lorry or trailer
🌟 Great with farrier and dentist
🌟 Schools super easy, Not strong, Snaffle mouthed
🌟 Will live in or out; alone or in company
🌟 Loves fun rides and great in open spaces

Pep is a safe Pony who has the odd cheeky moment but never dangerous.

He has only ever had 2 owners and was on loan for all of his ridden life before becoming my little girls pony. He has taught her many skills as a rider and an equestrian and done a fantastic job as she is now fully prepared and budding with confidence ready for her next pony. Pep is a smashing little guy who will take your little person onto their level in riding.

Nice outting today with Bally Vesta Quinn. Not the result we hoped for, however for his second BE outting, experience is everything we need!

30 Dressage, Clear Showjumping and a super XC but unfortunately a stop at the ditch, moved us from 6th Place to 16th.

93 in the class today so still happy and just generally so much more chilled in the environment with not being able to even warm up it was that busy! ❤️

On to the next, onwards and upwards. Very good what he’s achieving so far 🫶🏼

Thanks to my helpers as always. You never let me or Quinn down 💙

🌟 Bally Vesta Quinn’s FIRST BE run Report 🌟

Asif! Asif! Asif!! 😍 The trust between us yesterday was second to none - There was me thinking I’d over done it taking him to the Prestigious Chillington Hall British Eventing Official but nope, even in the deep ground conditions he proved me wrong yet again!

4th Place in a huge section on a 26.4 dressage score and hitting out XC time bang on the money ❤️🌟 Honestly Quinn you are AMAZING 🥰

Just like the commentator said… Watch out for this pair in the future! 😎

And well done to Victoria Nicholls on Helena Dolisznyjs Law Breaker - Another fantastic 4th in her Section! Good day all round ..

Where do I start 🥲🥲 He’s just awesome!!

Amazing day at Bally Vesta Quinn’s First County Show and he was so grown up!! To think I have produced this boy over the last two years and is growing into such a wonderful horse, just makes the success even more fab!!

ANYWAY!! After 100 baths later and the help of amazing Ava, Niamh and Cam we came home with:

🥈 2nd In the Ridden Hunter
🥉 3rd In the Training Stakes
And Fourth in the Novice (90) Working Hunter

Well worth the 3:50am alarm as thinking he was just going for some experience and wouldn’t be placed in such strong classes but the judges loved him, had great feedback and now it’s time to let him eat grass and grow some more 😂❤️

Thankyou Quinn for trusting in me as your rider. Teamwork 🌟

I have been teaching Melodie for nearly a year now and she went and competed in her first dressage test last weekend and only went and won!!

So chuffed for you Melodie & Conker. He’s not always the easiest ride but you do a super job of working through it together.

🦄 13.3 8yo Cob 🦄

Super little mare available - I know this mare very well as have been teaching her over last 6 months

Bluebell Has been in the same 🏡 over last four years and ridden by small jockey.

🪻 Excellent for hacking past large machinery and in open spaces
🪻 Been there, done it type - Arena Eventing, XC, Show Jumping, fun rides, clinics etc - Will jump upto 80 cm but hasn’t for a while so comfortable at 60/70 at the moment
🪻 Not mareish in any way
🪻 No vices in the stable, None Ridden
🪻 Ideal for a beginner on the lead rein in walk and trot. Would be more suited to a stronger rider off the lead rein as can feel abit strong in the canter.
🪻 Quick to a fence but safe (see video available)
🪻 Loves cuddles, loads well, barefoot and super easy for a young person to handle on the ground
🪻 Will turnout in a mixed herd or on her own

So yesterday saw us the first show of the year!! Finally!! Eland was meant to run BE but abandoned and ran combined training instead. Gave me chance to take 5yo Bally Vesta Quinn to really start his career.

And WOW! The love and trust we are both getting for each other now is beyond. He was such a cool cucumber. In a very strong 80 Class, he bagged at 35 in his first ever Dressage test receiving an 8 as one of his best marks 😍😮‍💨

Then went on to jump like the true awesome animal he his and the whole morning left us in 5th Place! He really is my lucky charm and there’s so much more to come from him! He was a little tense and lots to work on but for his first event I’m pretty chuffed. 🙏🏼👌🏼

Hard work and consistency really does pay off!

Thankyou so much to his owners for allowing me to have produced this wonderful boy! I’m very lucky ❤️ And also a big thankyou to my top Groom Ava for being by his side every step - Not sure how she manages to keep him so clean ❤️

She gave me everything I asked for + 110%!! Honestly the love for this mare has made selling all so much more difficult and I feel the regret stepping in already! 😭🙏🏼❤️

However, she has found the most perfect family and i’m glad we didn’t have to go through lots of upsetting viewings to get there!

1 ad, 1 viewing, 1 sale - Passed her 5stage vetting and x-rays and yesterday she left 💕

I love getting updates from new owners and Just look at him! Does anyone remember this beautiful gelding?

This is Rex! He came to me in one of the worst conditions i’d seen 😭 it was heart breaking, but I knew there was a heart of gold in there and just look at him now! 😍 We never took any money from selling this horse, it was just about finding him a nice home.

The owners took a risk trusting me in knowing there wasn’t anything actually wrong with him, just malnutrition and poor care. There aren’t many horses I know of that get sold on once we have found them their people and this is a great case:

“We were very lucky to find him he’s an absolute pleasure and everything you said he was.. thank you 😊 he’s a very spoilt boy”

Little bit of Line, Skinny & Foot placement practise today. Ilyaminka being as focused as ever and Bally Vesta Quinn gaining lots of confidence to tackle those harder fences for this year. Keeping everything super small today so that their focus is channelled into the take off and landing… (and my focus) 😂 They felt on great form 🙏🏼🐴 Fitness levels increasing and confidence rising! PaleFace - The Little Cob Stallion

Well December was a month of breaking and getting this little Stallion coblet ready to be under saddle! This was the first day we sat on him and he was trotting round off my leg like a little pro! So chuffed with Paleface. What a kind horse ❤️

Yesterday we saw our lovely Prince go to his new home. By the looks of his new field, he’s going to be one happy boy! He came as an ex racer that was retrained into a riding horse and sorted his weight management. Great Work Arena Eventing today at Rodbaston Shows for Poole Equine. Only Troy and Mollie-Mae Hudsons 2nd show together. Couple of poles down but a nice, chilled experience for both of them. Detroit is really proving how scopey and honest he is 😍 He has the biggest personality on our yard and a real stable favourite!!
