Padmé has been “warming up” on her walkies today and I just know she’s so excited to be out with her friends again Monday-Friday😝Think she’s had enough of family walks (where we don’t get very far unless Travis is strapped in!)🙄

The worst thing about being a dog walker, is when things go wrong (like a vehicle breakdown🫠) all you can think about is the pups who are at home on their own… UpDog is blessed with the most amazing clients who understand all of life’s unexpected challenges, but the thought of a pooch who won’t be seen to for hours absolutely breaks me.

So today I abandoned hopes of the recovery truck arriving anytime soon and Ubered to my back up vehicle and got the dogs in need out their houses😂they then became the best breakdown buddies to wait with and got all the sniffs and toilet time I could give them💚💙

Desperate times call for desperate measures- never thought I’d have to depend on an Uber😂👎glad to be home in the warm with the van booked in at a garage tomorrow🥲🥶💪

Doggo of the week goes to BUDDY💙💚💙💚

This little guy has blended perfectly into UpDog walkies. Taking it all in his stride, he absolutely loves being out with the pack and getting as many sniffs as possible. An old boy of the group, he doesn’t always play and run as fast as the others but you can always tell he wants to join in in spirit.

12/10 for that tongue-y smile🐾🥰

Doggo of the week goes to… SALLIE 💙💚💙💚

In light of the (which we hope you’re watching and are truly inspired by) we’ve chosen
Sallie this week because she is a guide dog to her human.

She comes out with us once a week to get some well earned time off and play with others. She’s a big fan of other dogs but obviously when at work each day, she focuses so hard for her owner that she doesn’t get to say hello! So UpDog makes sure she gets as many friends as possible to play with😆

A truly loyal, intelligent and diligent good girl. We’re proud to have her as part of the pack💪👍
