We love our dogs. They’re our friends, companions and family. Unfortunately one day, this love comes with a goodbye.

UpDog lost an important member of the pack this week, Kellie’s lovely little Angel🐾my first memories of Angel are her snacking on sprats from the freezer whenever anyone was close to it! And her sniffing all the crates in the van, smelling all of the new friends her mum was making when she started with us!

These are nothing in comparison to the lifetime of memories she gave Kellie and her partner. So I’m sure all the dogs, owners and families that are part of UpDog, will join me in sending their love and condolences to Kellie and her family at this time💙💚

BACK TO WORK💪☺️
Completely typical that the week I go back happens to be one of the hottest of the summer (pool parties for all it is☀️🔫). But for when we are back out on full walks, our new backpack arrived😍👌Travis seems excited, and I am over the moon to be seeing all our wonderful dogs regularly again!

Would also like to thank Kellie again💙💚She has worked so hard over the summer to still provide our services while I got used to mum life, and UpDog wouldn’t be able to expand and take on our new customers without her👏

Padmé and I are missing all of our lovely doggos so much🐶💔so we decided to bake everyone some biscuits🍪for their walkies!
These are Pumpkin Seed and Banana flavoured and I would 100% recommend for your easy, healthy and doggy friendly home baking.

(shout out to my partner Ellis who helped us past my awful baking skills…yes even though it’s a mix in that pack I still messed it up)

Padmé would like to introduce you all to Travis, her new baby brother. He arrived 2/5/23 13:56 and she has been incredible already, lots of gentle sniffs and lying next to his basket- all the responsibility is a lot but she’s doing great🥰

I would personally like to take this opportunity to thank Kellie for all her hard work currently! She’s picked things up so quickly and all the walks are running so smoothly for everyone🐾Myself, Padmé and Travis are very glad UpDog is still able to provide a service to all our wonderful clients during this time of change. Good business is good people and Kellie is definitely one of the goodies💙💚

So while I’ve been putting my feet up during maternity, Padmé the UpDog and my fiancé Ellis have been doing a very special job this April to raise money for Stand Up 2 Cancer⬆️🐾They’re aiming to hit 60miles walked together within the month and I’m so proud to say they’ve nearly made it💪it’s been different for both of them, given that normally, by the time he is home from work, Padmé has been worn out by me and the UpDog pack- but they’ve done SO well, getting out in all weathers and keeping motivation and momentum up to do the miles each day👏

Padmé had the BEST time at the All About Dogs Show today💚💙no rosettes were won… but she made some great friends, got some tasty snacks and tried out some new skills🐶Would 100% recommend this as a super good day out for all the hounds🐾

Incredibly pleased to announce our new member of the UpDog pack- KELLIE💙💚

Kellie started work with us a couple of weeks ago and has brought so much enthusiasm and joy to each day already! The dogs absolutely love her🐶

For the next few months I will be focusing my care a little more onto something with two legs🚼as my maternity leave begins🤰🏻but I’m beyond happy and proud to have such a reliable dog lover on board with UpDog.

Absolutely cannot wait for the expansion we will be able to make with her on the team💪💪

This little lad is usually the cheekiest chap on the walk- loves getting muddy, mishearing his recall and playing too much😈🐾but this week has been good as gold! 10/10 for Kobe - his behaviour has been outstanding and he has been the best boy in the pack✨
