⚠️Disclaimer⚠️ ❗️Please note that there is surgery and medical procedures shown in this video❗️ Meet Suzie, who recently underwent TPLO surgery here at Island Vets. Suzie came to us with a torn ligament in her knee, a painful condition that was affecting her mobility. After a careful assessment, we recommended a Tibial Plateau Levelling Osteotomy (TPLO), a surgical procedure that helps stabilize the knee and prevent future damage to the joint. The procedure went smoothly , and Suzie is now on the road to recovery! 👏TPLO surgery is a big step, and it requires some intensive care, but with the right support and follow-up, dogs like Suzie can regain their strength and get back to the activities they love. While Suzie’s healing journey is still underway, we're so proud of how well she's doing so far. We’ll continue to monitor her progress and provide the care she needs during her recovery ❤️‍🩹.
