“We selected Chamberlain as a weanling from Popham Alpacas in 2020. Because he was a COVID cria he was never shown. We selected him because of his very fine uniform fleece with a high level of density. He appears to be passing these traits onto his progeny that are doing well in the show ring.”

SNOWMASS FORGOTTEN RENDEZVOUS

“This boy arrived in the Uk from Snowmass April 2023 and he has exceeded all expectations.

Snowmass Forgotten Rendezvous sire, Snowmass Oblivion is the anchor of Snowmass white production herd. The line descending through his sire, Snowmass Defiance [now with EP Cambridge in Australia] has consistantly produced the most uniform animals in the herd measured by SD.
His Dam is of incredible calibre and already produced 2 stud males for Snowmass so his dam is a true 'dam of sires'.

Snowmass FR has such an impressive phenotype with excellent substance of bone on a macho frame. His fifth fleece continues to display all the qualities I could have hoped for. Superb length, fineness [21 micron], handle, uniformity, density and brightness.

An exciting male with completely unique genetics in the UK.

His gentoype is ee Aa so lots of potential in white and colour.

His first cria were born summer 2024 and we are so impressed with the quality and cant wait to get them in the show ring. We have progeny ranging from white to dark brown and all equally as impressive.
The confirmation they are displaying is superb and the fleeces have taken on so many of his attributes [as well as the dams of course]. They have taken uniformity in the herd to the next level. The fleeces are displaying such a wonderful handle, excellent length, brightness and superb coverage across the frame.

Snowmass FR will be in house in 2025 with only a limited selection of progeny or pregnant females for sale.”
