💜💜 shop closure💜💜

Hi everyone 1st and foremost I’m sorry I’ve left you in limbo … I really haven’t known what to say .. this is the hardest statement I’ve wrote In my life and I’m really struggling with the right words but the top and bottom of it is the shop will not be reopening I’ve tried and tried but I can’t fight no longer .. some people will never do the right thing no matter how much you try.. I don’t particularly wish to talk about is as I’m not in a very good place right now! I will get round to messaging you all back just please give me a few days to wrap my head around this I will help as many of you as I can .. m hoping to reopen my own shop but that will definitely not be till after Xmas 💜 thankyou so much each and everyone of you that’s trusted me with your precious poochs and helped make my dreams of running a successful dog groomers come true .. even if it was only for 3 short years I appreciate you all massively.. hopefully this isn’t a forever goodbye it’s just a see you soon .

All this weeks appointments are cancelled..
no more appointments will be made until I know what’s happening regarding the shop as I can’t keep working under the circumstances I’ve been put in I’m mentally and physically drained and that is not a safe environment for your precious poochs ..

Unfortunately the shop will be closed tomorrow (Tuesday 6th ) please note that I really do hate letting people down and if I can avoid closing the shop I always do … but I have a lot going on on in my personal life at the moment and I have tried my best to continue to push my feelings to one side and continue to work .. unfortunately this has caused me to feel completely run down .. tired .. agitated and a little lost .. .. and this weekend I have had no choice but to listen to my body … … I’m really sorry for letting tomorrow’s customers down but I’m only human …

All dogs booked in Friday 19th July..
the weather is going to be very hot tomorrow so I have asked Libby (Saturday clients will know Libby 😊) to come and help .. all owners apart from my 1st customer will be called and asked to come in earlier in an attempt to make the day shorter .. as always please refrain from walking your dogs to the salon in this heat

As we all know we are finally getting a summer ( well a weeks worth of one anyway)
Please fetch your dog in an air conditioned vehicle where possible… please DO NOT walk your dog to appointments… if you have a brachycephalic breed I.e pugs , frenchies , s**t- tzu (squashed nose/face) please pay extra care as they are more prone to heat stroke ..
my shop is fully air conditioned and will be using cool water & cool air to dry .. this may cause your appointment to take longer ..
let’s work together to keep your poochs safe 🥰

💜💜 new policy 💜💜

All new customers ( someone who has been to me 3 or less times ) when booking more than 2 dogs in will have to call into the salon and pay a 50% none refundable deposit to secure your booking … I’m sorry to have to do this but I feel now it’s only fair … I have also been more strict on other policy’s recently please do not be offended by this I’m not singling any one person out I’m just trying to make a living
