It’s been a warm one in the salon today ☀️ thankfully I had a couple of hand strips in this morning meaning I didn’t need the dryer on and the air con helped keep it cool enough for this afternoons pooches. When it is this warm if anyone prefers to rearrange I’m more than happy to do so as I appreciate some don’t cope so well in the heat or need to be in as urgently as others 🐾

Last few of the week ticked off. I’ve had a very sleepy helper in the salon for the day after being carried up Roseberry Topping last night for a photo opportunity before he’s too big. It’s hard work being a puppy 😅 time for a bbq to make the most of the rest of the weekend so all messages will be responded too on Monday 🐾

Today was ‘Take your dog to work day’ apparently so Taro was happy to oblige and had a great day in the salon greeting customers, biting my apron and snoozing while the actual work was happening. He’s such a lucky pup getting so much attention, I always wished Benji would join me in here but he hates the idea 😅 we’ve both been very glad of the air con today keeping all the pooches cool for their appointments 🐾

Seems I’m still in holiday mode totally forgot to post the photos when I finished today. My little helper has had a great day greeting customers and supervising the goings on in the salon. After work we managed a gorgeous hike/carry from Lordstones to enjoy the evening before its going to get too hot for walks later in the week 🐾
