DIY/PART LIVERY STABLES Friendly atmosphere with good grazing & large outdoor all weather riding arena please contact me if you would like more details

We have 10 stables situated within a conservation area of 15 acres within Rutland/Stamford. The facilities include a large schooling/jumping area and excellent grazing and hacking. All paddocks have new electric fencing and automatic water troughs. A well maintained 50 x 20 menage.

TWO STABLES (UP TO 16.2HH)
TWO PONY STABLES (UP TO 14HH)
TWO GRASS LIVERIES

• Individual or paired paddocks with mains water supply (14 acres of well fenced grazing)
• Menege 50’ x 20’ with all-weather surface
• All year turnout – winter and summer paddocks. Field rotation. Turn in at night during winter months, 24/7 turnout during summer months.
• Jumping and exercise paddock
• Individual undercover storage area
• Horse wash down area
• Trailer/Lorry car park
