My client notices that their toilet brush had left a small scratch in their toilet bowl, and asked if I could do anything about it....

I decided to do a full scratch and scuff removal on their sink too. 😍

This was such a satisfying clean 🚽🧽

One of the benefits of being a local small business is that I really do understand some of the problems that hard water leaves us to tackle.

One of the is limescale build up- and not just in the easy to tackle places.

I feel extremely lucky to be able to use professional grade cleaning products... And my toilet cleaner is just that! Limescale is so hard to remove and so many people I speak to add bleach to their toilet cleaning routine in a bid to remove the stains... And it simply doesn't work.

Pro tip- Acidic based toilet cleaners are needed for this area!

I habitually remove plugs before I start sink cleans. I know from speaking to my clients and other cleaners that this isn't actually all that common. Most cleaners don't go to this level week in week out. But I do.

You see, in my experience, most of the dirt in our homes isn't on display. Most people are pretty good at keeping in top of the obvious dirt. It's the deeper, hidden, out of sight dirt that we don't have time to tackle that gets missed, forgotten or put off for another day...

And that's where I come in. I didn't call my company Sparkling by Sas by accident. ✨✨

I describe myself as a pet friendly cleaner... But what does that mean? Surely all cleaners are friendly towards your pets?

Well for me it means as long as you are comfortable with it I'll be your fur babies BFF. 😍 There will be cuddles, smooches, belly rubs, and even the occasional selfie. 😂😍

It means if your pet gets so excited to see me they p*e on the floor I got it covered. Don't worry.

It means that if they are nervous, I'll grab them their favourite treat and help them get over that with me.

It means if you need me to pop your dog in the garden for a toilet break before I leave your house you just have to ask!

And it's not just dogs. Between them my clients have got 13 dogs, 2 cats, a bunny, a hamster and a gecko lizard. 🐶🐈🐇🐹🦎

It means I'm pet friendly, because I know they aren't just pets. I know that they make your house a home!

Sometimes it's the tiny details that make the biggest difference. I know that for this client this statement couldn't be truer! They have one of the cleanest houses I've ever seen in my life. And that's before I've even started 😂😍

So I want you to know that when I come into your home to clean it, I spot all the tiny things that I know you would also spot too. The tiny details that take your home from clean to sparkling.

If you have fabric headboards, chairs or sofas believe me when I say I'm going to be including them in my vacuuming routine! You don't even have to ask. It just gets done. 💜💜
